Hey all! 

Since Gishwhes is drawing closer, and people are looking for teams I decided to make this post 

(also because I’ve gotten a couple asks about it) 

TaleofKale as a team will not be participating in GISHWHES this year. The team has broken off and joined other teams. 

I (amanda the captain) found being a captain was too stressful and decided it was for the best if we went our separate ways for now. 

Perhaps we will be back as a team next year but for now we are not. 

(not that I think anyone would but please please do not use this name to register as a team. TaleofKale is my baby and that’s why instead of having someone else lead we went separate ways.)

What's a good budget to have for GISHWHES? Like, how much did you guys spend last year? I'm on the application and I just had no clue what to put >.<

Sorry I didn't get back to you really soon, I was on a plane. It's all up to how much you're looking to spend, and how much you think you can afford to spend. I'm not really sure as a team what we all spent.

I can't remember what item this way but when I was sharing the pictures no one knew my sister was pregnant outside of our family and since I had shared this link on my facebook and my sister's tattoo is pretty well known in our family I decided to not put the picture on this blog. 

However people do know now (she just had the baby on the 9th) 

So I've decided to share it. 

And yes she is 7 months pregnant here despite the fact she looks like she's maybe... 4. 

She is also the one wearing the candy bathing suit. (betcha didn't even realize she was pregnant did ya?)

#195 Find a woman in front of Churchill High School (8900 Newburgh Rd, Livonia, MI 48150), on Friday from 8:00-8:30pm (Michigan time, of course). She'll be wearing a green Elopus shirt. Get a picture of her and you, with you holding up a piece of paper with your team name and "I found you in Michigan!" written on it. Be sure to have your hair styled in a unique way or she won't accommodate a picture. 37 points
