In the new event, for the complete completion of tasks, they give a camouflage in honor of Makarov as a reward (that's what it's called, just in Russian his surname is written as Макаров) Looks…. Strange? The swaying lines are not a bad idea, they seem to be pulsating, but it still looks strange.
