Do you know why you shouldn’t take anti-shifters/anti-manifestators seriously? Because they’re miserable. And they are okay with being miserable. Every single one of them.

No person with a happy, fulfilling life would waste their precious time hating on something so aggressively. No person who actually loves themselves would create multiple accounts and make frequent posts on them for the sole sake of bringing people down.

They’re miserable, and the idea that their fate is in their hands, that they could change their lives around at anytime if they wanted to, upsets them. Because at the end of the day, no one likes to be told that their misery could be easily solved if you simply gave it a try.

Having a victim mindset is comfortable. Being able to simply shrug your shoulders and give up on yourself completely because ‘That’s just how life is, I was just born unlucky’ is comfortable.

So why care about what they say? Even if manifestation wasn’t real (which it is, we all here know it), the people practicing it are still working on themselves as best as they can, working on their concept of self and learning to love themselves by understanding that bad circumstances are temporary and that they can and should decide who they are and who they want to be.

So don’t let yourself be affected by their negative comments, that’s what they thrive of. Miserable people will always try to bring others down with them because that’s what gives their life meaning. Don’t reply, move on and watch how they spiral.

HOW I STOPPED BEING DEPRESSED AFTER A FAILED SHIFTING ATTEMPT

How many times you woke up in your cr after an failed shifting attempt feeling depressed or even wanting to cry? Maybe never, or you did? Or maybe you still do?

It's hard to believe for me that someone never felt like that. When we are doing something for so long, without seeing any progress eventually we will get frustrated or lose motivation.

The question is, what to do when that dark time approaches?

Well, the first thing i would recommend when you notice that your mental health gets worse after a failed attempt - take a break. Really, you don't have to shift every night. Yeah I know we all see posts that say "oh shy won't you shift tonight? What if tonight is the night?" It's a mind/spirit experience, not you body and that being said there's nothing like "you miss a opportunity to shift because what if tonight is the night". Your mind doesn't know what time is. You can shift every second, in the bus, shower etc. Nothing around actually matters because IT'S NOT A BODY EXPERIENCE!. If you feel like you need a break, take it. Shifting should be a nice and enjoyable journey. Taking a break for a day or even a week won't make you go back to the start.

If you don't have motivation, just take a break too. It's not work that you have to do everyday or else. It should be enjoyable for you.
