Oof, it's been a while since I posted anything about an island- I reset Tofu and made a new one called Teacup. It's already gone through one theme, and im slowly working on the new theme for it.

Idk if I'll post about it because I do get an overwhelming feeling of "my islands aren't good enough to share" which is silly,

ANYWAY I might be back after my pkmnza phase dies down (I've gotten so many shines)

🌸.Day two.

❝Dear dairy, today a fellow called Blathers arrived. He's interested in the local wildlife on the island, and I am too! We chatted for ages about the fish, the bugs (even though it was mostly me talking about bugs)

I have a house now! I miss my tent, but a stable house is nice, Tom nook also gave me something called a Nook Miles Ticket? I haven't used it yet, I should (eventually)

🌸.Day one.

❝Dear dairy, today I landed on an island with two others, I believe their names were Diva and Poncho, they needed help putting their tents down which I helped with, Diva gave me a leaf umbrella diy and Poncho gave me a tuilp hat afterwards!

Tom nook helped us organize a "welcome to the island" party, (he seems like a nice tanuki)

The peach juice from the local fruit was tasty, I can't wait to make some again, just thinking of all the things I can bake with the fruit... I can't wait!

I'm excited to see what's next in this new life. Write in you again, Elysia~♡

Also, we decided to call the island Tofu!❞

little update💛 this is the new town center and neighborhood for a new version of sunset island⛲️🍃 i used the resetti feature to help me flatten and I’m planning to change the island so it hopefully doesn’t lag as much anymore and i can move it back to my regular switch! I’m still excited about doing themed islands in the future but I wanna do them on the switch2 to have more item freedom✨ besides this I’m working on setting up some slumber Islands to be test versions of future potential themes and I’m also thinking about starting a minigame-slumber island👀💛

The sounds different musical instruments make when you hit them with an axe!

There are some more instruments that aren't in this video, although some of them have identical sound effects (like the two ocarinas). Something that is mildly interesting is that the ukulele and the ocarina can only be hit with an axe when they're on slightly higher ground like in this video – if you put them on a table you strike it instead.
