I genuinely hope you’re okay today. I know days aren’t always good and I hope that if yours isn’t, it’s at least okay. Make sure you drink enough water, eat (even if it’s just a little), get out of bed if you can, change your clothes and take your meds. Also remember to get some sunshine or turn on a bright light to help yourself feel better. Remember that you’ve got through so many days and you can get through this one too. Treat yourself like a child if you need to. Be gentle to yourself if you need. Push yourself if you can. Do whatever you can to get through today. I love you.
