Be the energy you want to receive.
2018 Diamond BallÂ
Whatâs the energy yâall have for the rest of this week?
Train your mind like you would train your muscles.
Choose your thoughts. Focus on the good.
Visualize your success. Repeat often.
Tha Doggfather
youâve gotta stat romanticizing your life. you gotta start believing that your morning commute is cute and fun, that every cup of coffee is the best youâve ever had, that even the smallest and most mundane things are exciting and new. you have to, because thatâs when you start truly living. thatâs when you look forward to every day.Â
Iâm taking my power back. I am who I am.
Who do I want to be? I get to decide.
recovery is a choice tbh choosing to leave behind coping methods you KNOW are unhealthy & try to work towards a healthier cycle of thinking & healthy coping methods is something that you choose to do
lets stop romanticizing self destruction as a coping method & isolating yourself & self deprecating memes
like sure those are all ways to cope but in the long run theyre doing more damage to you than any good
communicate with ur friends, challenge your maldaptive thoughts, try to clean ur room, watch a show you like, take a shower if you can, go for a walk if you feel good enough, remember to eat & drink enough & take your meds
it really is the little things like that that can help in the long run
You can always start again. Clean out your social media. Create a new account for your new taste in music. Study or work in a new city. Start socialising with new people. Choose a new signature scent and style and purge the outdated parts of yourself. If you donât like where youâre at, but you donât know what to do about it - try starting again.
