*changes post preview style once again* the textures are a little iffy as usual but idk i like it! it’s got some custom morphs so the 3d buttons don’t get too disgusting

'Elder Socials' Mod for TS3

Draft A Will, Pass Down Heirlooms, Give Grandkids Money + More!

Excited to release my Elder Socials interaction mod for early access on Monday 10/6!

Now your elder sims have 10 new interactions to use with loved ones. This mod also adds an inheritance system, the ability to choose any item to pass down as family heirlooms, and 10 new buffs.

Elder sims can "Slip Grandchild $20", instantly transferring 20 simoleons to the selected sim.

Elder sims can "Pass Down Family Recipe" , instantly teaching a new recipe to the target sim.

Elder sims who "Worry About Health" will automatically want to work out more, and may go look for workout equipment to use on the lot or go for a jog.

There is a new menu on the City Hall called "Family Papers" where Elder sims can go to Draft a will.

Elder Sims can choose any amount to leave a sim in their household after their death. They can leave an inheritance to multiple sims. Or they can choose to leave everything to one sim (oh the drama!).

The inheritor can then go to the courthouse and "Claim Inheritance" to receive their full inheritance.

1. I use custom sliders (listed here) so depending on if you have them/what you use her appearance might change, keep that in mind!

2. Find my defaults here~ I used this skin for her

3. In the .zip file you’ll find two versions: .sims3pack which is a cc version of her and .sim file which has no cc and is mostly bgc (besides her defaults, hair, eyebrows, makeup). Whatever you don’t have already should be replaced by your game :) Only her everyday outfit contains cc, the rest is bg/packs

4. Be nice and don’t claim as your own, I put my time and heart into creating her to share here and wouldn’t like to see it backfire at me

❤️The New Parents Mod adds more realistic pregnancy family-planning gameplay to The Sims 3. Sims can talk about starting a family, react emotionally to pregnancy news, discuss baby names, plan baby showers, ask loved ones to be godparents, involve children in the pregnancy, and host gender reveals.

Fathers and partners can react positively or negatively to pregnancy news. Some Sims may be excited to become parents, while others may feel overwhelmed, unsure, or scared. Prior family-planning conversations can affect how Sims react later if pregnancy happen❤️New Interactions:

Discuss Starting a Family

Tell About Pregnancy

Positive or negative pregnancy reactions

Relationship gains or losses based on reactions

Pregnancy-related buffs for both parents

Discuss Baby Names with boy and girl name suggestions

Plan Baby Shower with guest selection

Guests gift money for the baby

Ask Sims to be Godmother or Godfather

Ask Sims to be there for childbirth

Tell children they will be a big brother or sister

Ask guests to guess the baby’s gender

❤️How to Use

Click on another Sim and open:

New Parents…

From there, choose the interaction you want.

Use Discuss Starting a Family before pregnancy to set the tone for future reactions.

Use Tell About Pregnancy when a Sim is pregnant to trigger emotional reactions and buffs.

Use Plan Baby Shower while a Sim is pregnant to choose a location, guests, time, and outfit style.

Use Discuss Baby Names while pregnant to generate one boy name and one girl name suggestion.

Use Ask to Be Godmother/Godfather on adult Sims.

Use Ask to Guess the Baby’s Gender before cutting the gender reveal cake.

Place the Gender Reveal Cake and click it to use Cut Gender Reveal Cake. A popup will reveal whether the baby is a boy or girl.

Baby Showers last for 4 hours. Guests will bring gifts in the form of cash.
