Deadline for Issue 4: March 31st.

We will be releasing Grime Time Live by William Seward Bonnie on April 20th.

My beautiful friends Harmony and Randall do this poetry magazine called Teeth Dreams. Today is the submission deadline for their third issue. You should keep up with them. I contribute regularly, but I am far from the best of what this magazine has to offer. I’m not sure where I left my copies of the magazine, but at least I can still find the rad shirt they gave me! They both work crazy hard trying to bring everyone great modern poetry, mostly from Denver, and that’s a pretty amazing thing for them to do, I think. http://teethdreamsmagazine.tumblr.com

Review of William S. Bonnie's "Studies"

     In "Studies," a new collection of poetry by William S. Bonnie, we are taken to the silent moments of a long distance relationship. Bonnie is a troubadour of the holy afterthought. Reading it is like wading quietly near the lip of an ocean, and on what appears to be a hundred poems about the same topic, we are reminded of the excessive amount of time we allow ourselves to intimately wander. In comparison to Bonnie's previous work, his latest effort has made a truce with brevity. Bonnie holds a fresh perspective with a knack for simple rhymes that do not feel forced but rather allow him to hone his stream of consciousness into tightly wound and seamless packages.
