I understand it’s difficult to be a parent but it’s time we start telling parents bluntly it’s not the internet responsibility to keep your child safe it’s your responsibility to keep your child safe on the internet

Here is a protip if for whatever reason you are dreading The Pot:
Keep dishwasher tabs stocked in your kitchen.
Bring water to a boil, you can boil directly in the pot or use a kettle, but get the water level as high as you need to cover the entire soiled area .
Once the water boils, drop a dish tab in the pot. Two if it's a big pot.
You can leave this for 30 minutes, or longer if you're dealing with tough dirt.
Dump it out, rinse it well, and then wash with soap and a scrubber just to make sure your bases are covered.

The reason you make friends at work is because you see the same people everyday. If you want to make friends as an adult, go to the same cafe every week, or go to a calligraphy class. If you don’t want to leave the house you can just go to the same twitch stream everyday that’s what I do, and I’ve made friends there. If you are a familiar face in a place where people share your interests, you’ll make friends.
