The Infinite Bridge Is a special sculpture project by Danish architect design studio Gjode & Povlsgaard Arkitekter made in relation with international exhibit called Sculpture by the Sea 2015 in Aarhus, Denmark. The design team made the sculpture that will heighten the awareness of the connection between the city and its surrounding bay that is so magnificent.

Topography, architecture and traffic routes give every city a unique structure.

These conditions create the typical and individual inner structure of a city. I didn’t only want to show these structures in the conventional way from above, but also including the exact three-dimensionality of topography and buildings - a real world visualisation. The OpenStreetMap data enabled me to visualize the satellite-based information using DEM Earth in Cinema 4D. The results are some extraordinary views of large capitals and small towns.

An Illustrated Cross Section of Hong Kong’s Infamous Kowloon Walled City

"The Kowloon Walled City in Hong Kong was built gradually—building on top of building—over time. Without a single architect, the ungoverned and most densely populated district became a haven for drugs, crime and prostitution until it was demolished in 1993. Photo documentation of the site exists but for the most part much of the inner-workings of the city remained a mystery."

Optical Glass House was constructed beside a busy road, Hiroshi Nakamura and his studio NAP; wanted to create a private oasis where residents could still make out the movements of people and traffic beyond the walls. “The serene soundless scenery of the passing cars and trams imparts richness to life in the house,” said the architect.
