Tarre has been witness to far more than most: he has seen Sith Sorcery in the past, and he has met with people who wielded the Force without being Jedi nor Sith, and he did expect to see something unusual here, around this crystal priest. Moreover, Mandalorian that he may be, he's grown up with wider horizons where the Force is involved.
It still does not change the way his attention is sharp and unyielding and utter, the very moment the ring shifts, and if it weren't because he feels no threat in the air he might have stood up already.
But for now, he reassembles the lightsaber, then sets it aside, and uses that moment, that movement, as an attempt to keep his mind steady, because keeping it occupied had long been the best way to ensure it would not betray him.
But he takes the ladle, and looks at it, and touches it, and examines it with the Force as well. And underneath it all, he can't help realizing how dangerous this man might be.
Good, he thinks. They will likely need danger, as long as it's not pointed his way.
"I will not pry into your secrets." He decided, handing the ladle back. "But I will not deny I am impressed."
And disquieted as well. But he knows his own disquiet, and can manage it.
"Have you succeeded at merging kyber crystals before?" He asks, because of course he must.
