Happy Birthday, Iida!!!!! :D
“Thank you Midorya!” Iida replied without hesitation, he was always thankful for his friends, although he had no favorites, it was hard to prove when he spent quite a bit of time with a friend whom appreciated the importance of good footwork, and powerful kicks.

Getting the opportunity to be released from the hospital for a day, that’s what he hoped for, but to have him released on Tenya’s birthday… that’s something he strived for. Prior to getting to see Tenya after his classes were done, he had many tests run on him, ensuring nothing bad would happen if he was off of all the needles and IVs attached to him. He’s on certain prescribed medication currently, but thankfully he could last until the evening before he would have to come back.
“Mom would have come too but she had to take care of the agency. She told me that she called you earlier to at least say happy birthday. Phone calls aren’t enough for me though,” he jokes, embracing his brother tightly. He hadn’t had the chance to do that in a while.
“So then if you got people you want me to meet, that means you’re getting along with everyone?” Tensei lets the other push him along, letting his arms rest on his lap as he glances up. A good break from pushing the wheels since coming into Yuuei. “How’s the dorm life? You getting used to it?”
“Mom called first thing of course, although as usual she wished to try to do even more than that, it was simply nice to hear from her, given how busy things have been” Indeed, his mother was also a hero in his eyes although he had been closer to his brother other the years his mother was always their for them. When asked about his classmates, Iida his a bit of embarrassment, he indeed was getting along with his class, along with a few others however still in his overly judgmental view of himself he felt he was not as close to them as everyone whom adored and trusted Tensei. “My classmates, each one is on the path to become a great hero and I was honored to be given a duty to do my best for all of them. Things may have been hectic but everyone looks out for each other” he described, he did not want to misrepresent the bond he had with his classmates, they were all a class unlike his brother he was not someone whom brought people together... “The dorms themselves are wonderfully made, as expected of Yuuei. Living on campus has actually been quite productive, however...adjusting to living with other people my age has been...” “...Interesting to say the least” that was a fitting word right?

Iida stood near the dorms in shock, he had been told to come out yet; he never expected to see his brother here of all places. So standing before Tensei felt slightly surreal.“Tensei did you really wheel yourself all this way just to...” he began to slightly lecture although the biggest smile was plastered over his face.He walked over towards Tensei, before giving his brother a giant hug as he leaned into his chair. “Thank you”After a few moments Iida walked behind his brother and started to push his chair towards the dorms. “There is quite a cake inside, and a few people I would really like you to meet brother..”
“Yo! I got cake!” He exclaimed excitedly, showing off the dessert he’d bought in honor of the class representative’s birthday, complete with a sparkling birthday topper.
Iida looked up in surprise. Why was the cake so big and…exactly how much frosting was on that cake?
It was just like Kirishima to go overboard with something like this, his birthday was nothing too special he tended to just spend time with his family at dinner.
Still, birthdays were all about being with those you care about and in reality there was no other place he would rather be than in these dorms.
“It’s marvelous Kirishima. No birthday is complete without cake, or dear friends to share it with.”

Kendo looked out the door before he began to run, taking an inhale of the fresh air. It was hard for her to look at him in that moment, knowing she was about to start wailing in pain.
“It’s okay,” she said simply, focusing her sights on the outside.
Once he bolted out the door, the pressure of her broken arm against his moving body wasn’t exactly the best feeling in the world. She expressed this by letting out harsh groans as the tears that filled her eyes rolled down to her cheeks.
Her breathing became rapid again, the sound of the air she was pushing in and out seeping through her teeth. She was craving to be put in a hospital bed already, wanting nothing more than to sleep through the pain.
“Fuck,” she whimpered. Her body shook from her crying as he continued to run. It’s times like this where she wished there was a hospital on every corner of the street. Despite her cries and cussing, she was beyond grateful for what Iida was doing for her. He was only doing his job, but she felt indebted to him.
Running through the streets Iida has only the hospital in mind, holding Kendo as best he could as she was clearly shaking from the pain, yet there was no real alternative. As he approached the hospital doors, Iida began to brace himself, as while he had been slowing down he was clearly going to push through the doors, thankfully hospitals tended to be sturdy; since quirks made things much more dangerous. Turning around to protect Kendo as he burst the door open Iida made a declaration. “I need a bed and medical supervision for me friend immediately!” his voice was clear although there was worry, he had taken the fastest route but... Well at times like these everyone would doubt themselves. Slowly placing Kendo onto a gurney he tried his best to hold back any worry. “It’s okay now, we made it to the hospital. Were quite safe..”
"Happy birthday Tenya!!" Aquanna held up a card she drew herself, covered in glitter and crayon.
Getting down to Aquanna’s level as best he can Iida takes the card and examines it with a great smile.“Thank you very much, it’s a wonderful card after-all it is very very shiny. I will treasure it Miss Aquanna” He then ensured to give her a trademark Iida family hug.

“OHHH~ Hatsume~” She stuck out her tongue, wrapping her jacks around both his arms. Being pinned wasn’t fun, but she wasn’t really trying to fight, just cause him to slip up, and boy did it work!
“I see, well Hatsume doesn’t have just us to focus on! She has the entire 1-A, 1-B AND the other support heros! She’s got her hands full! If you really want to get her attention though…perhaps go and spend time with her? Go brainstorm ideas!”
His cheeks unintentionally flushed as Jirou obtained exactly the information she desired, his will to fight openly somewhat faded as his arms were restricted...he had no idea what a sister was like but suspected the pestering was alike. “I- I obviously know that, and I’ve been to her workshop already for the past m-” Iida paused before standing firm, although his hands were restricted he did his best to swallow the words he had just said. The poker face however began to falter as glared at her softly, why did he blab openly. “Fine, she has my interest but its logical...It’s not a big deal...and its not a powerful emotion, unlike how Sero or Minetta felt...” he continued relenting a bit, he had been caught in more than one way by the hearing hero.

Her face immediately flinched and her legs kicked as he moved her arm. If he wasn’t trying to help her right now, she would’ve used her other arm to punch him instinctively. She gritted her teeth, a few curse words slipping in between while tears formed in her eyes.
She turned to look at him wrap the cloth being wrapped around her, trying to relax her rapid breathing. It was difficult, but she was doing her best not to cry more than she already had. This wasn’t a state she didn’t want anyone seeing her in.
The only thing keeping her calm at this moment was Iida. He was determined and in control of the situation, something she greatly admire from class A’s representative.
“Thank you.” She expressed her gratitude to him again, only this time her voice sounded shaky from all the pain she was enduring. Her head rested against the wall, her eyes shutting tight to try and ignore the pain.Â
“It’s not a problem” Iida replied as he quickly began to bandage Kendo, it was clear he needed to act fast as he quickly pinned the bandages together. Without much time between those actions, he began to scoop her off the ground, holding behind her knees and along her back before walking towards the door. “Honestly, once we start running...feel free to stop being so brave, I won’t be able to hear you at such speeds” he informed, as barely being able to hear her pain would be much better than the silence of the wind as he ran. In such a situation he was far more focused on getting his comrade to help than anything like personal space, besides he suspected Kendo was not the type to care while she was fading. Kicking the door open wide with a kick Iida sprinted out from the small building they had been safe in...running through the streets gaining speed as he held tightly onto Kendo, the nearest hospital would not be far away.... “Hang on just a little longer Kendo”

“Oof!” OH she’d feel that later. She quickly rolled to her feet, a bit disoriented from the hit. Okay, so he was really planning on fighting. That was fine. Totally fine. She couldn’t help but growl as she dogged a punch, using her jacks to wrap around one of his wrists the moment he lashed out again.
“OH So this is a story of being ignored! I didn’t take you for that kind of guy!” She giggles before throwing a fist towards his side.
Caught by surprise as his first was caught, although it was her words that truely caused him to lose focus. “What kind...Oof!” That was totally not the reason he was trying to find reasons to be around her, he had much more logical reasons than pride. With his wrist tightly locked, and not wanting to test Jirou’s limits on extension by bursting away, Iida decided to try and sweep her legs out from under her. Pinning her to the ground would be easy if she lacked balance. “It’s just frustrating, someone as smart as Hatsume should understand the importance of comrades; even Bakugo remembers who we are! I want her to excel outside of the workshop, she’s going to be important in our future.” he continued speaking while focusing intently on Jirou’s next move.

“I do not love him! He’s likable! Love isn’t…it’s not…” She blushed brightly, pouting. In her annoyance she almost missed his slip up. Almost.
“Oh…? Clearly? So you do have someone!” With that she darted forward, smirking and lashing out with her jacks and fists. “Come on! Spill! It’s only fair! Don’t make me go around asking all the girls! I so will! Is it Tsuyu? Or Momo? Or is it one of the girls from class B…”
Tenya did not really understand what she was in particular embarrassed about, as she clearly flashed with color in her cheeks. He did however feel a chill as she left forward; seemingly reading his mind. “No it’s not lik-” he was barely able to get a word in as her style of fighting was erratic, for as fast he tended to be in motion he was quite a large target in close quarters and after seeing what her jacks were capable after the field trip, he was not about to block them with his arms and thus took evasive maneuvers backwards. With her threats to interrogate all of the girls in class clearly being serious he braced his shoulder before slamming into her with a quick burst of speed, hoping to create distance. “She’s insufferable, self absorbed and the only person whom doesn't remember my name..her genius is going to be wasted alone so I just have been thinking on how to gain her attention” he vented openly without much thought before charging at Jirou with momentum as he began to throw direct more thoughtful strikes with his fist. “Why would I like someone who does not even remember my name?”
In Hatsume’s eyes, though, it was one of the biggest betrayals … [what a traitor!]

A snort. “Yeah, but thinking about liking someone is totally different than thinking about school. School’s got a reason behind everything, liking someone…sometimes there isn’t a real reason you like someone. Like with Mineta! You’d have never thought that I would actually end up liking him, would you? I didn’t, that’s for damn sure…”
“Running or hand to hand?” She questioned, pausing in her words long enough to do some stretches.
“But seriously, feelings are weird and fucked up. They’re confusing and can be a fuck ton of stress but…it’s kind of fun learning about them. Like…okay, so when Mineta kisses the back of my hand, it makes my stomach flutter and I…I absolutely love that feeling. I want more of it all the time. And how he does the stupidest shit to make me smile…God I want to punch him and kiss his cheek at the same time…” A pause.
“What were we talking about again?”
There was a clear distinct pause after he was clearly questioned on Minetta. Iida absolutely had no comprehension that Minetta had a chance to be liked romantically by anyone, at least in his current state. Thus she made quite a strong point that love was beyond many assumptions. “Seriously, with the amount of magazines he had...hand to hand would be more productive” Iida could not help but look in slight amazement towards Jirou’s little tangent, laughing at her question. He found it quite adorable as he stretched as well, although as usual he was a bit too into some stretches as it was of serious importance. “Just about how you fell in love with Minetta, and how his charming nature has ensnared your heart in his grand grape-ness.” Iida mocked openly, “If love was for someone whom frustrated you then clearly I should...” Iida paused before grimacing, what a frustrating woman. “...never mind, are we doing this?”Â
