Who is Dorene Whitacre?

Someone who in the first few videos of the run I thought was just a joke character might in fact be the key to unraveling the entire mystery. Even in her first few appearances, you realize very quickly that this is a character who knows more than she should.

more Ms Whitacre observations! PART 1

sooo i was looking at Dorene and noticed something else that i think could play into two different theories!

in the scene above we get a more close up look at her, and (maybe it's just the lighting but) i'm pretty sure she has blue eyebrows, which seems like a fun fashion choice however...

in some BTS pictures from Pam's instagram

it seems like Celci also has these blue coloured brows!

so what does that mean? in my mind, one of two things. either yes Dorene is Dark in a different body and Celci is connected to Celine. this matches with the ending where we see Ms Whitacre in the void telling us, in a very Darkiplier way, that we need to listen to her, and she thought we were better than this and asking us cryptic ass questions. plus insinuating that we've met before "you always were so stubborn".

OR Dorene is Celci from the future, coming back to try and fix things. this lines up with how Ms Whitacre talks about the leak in cryo. in one path of the "wake the crew" options, you wake each person only for them to glitch into Dorene, however when she appears in front of A.D.S, she doesn't have a very strong reaction, yet when she reappears in cryo, she seems very invested and has hella reactions. first when Mark asks if she has any experience, she dramatically says "oh no" almost denying she could possibly be Celci, as Mark explains there's a leak, she gasps and yells "the colonists!" and almost twitches around as if she knows she shouldn't of said that. this part lines up with Celci a lot, since her biggest concern is the colonists, as on the opposite 'wake the crew' path, we hear her explaining "someone has to put the colonists lives first and i guess that's gonna be me" plus through the pathways, she's the one always reminding us of the colonists.

Yeah no Miss Whitacre is clearly Celine.

They dress in a similar fashion, she insists she isn't Married anymore when prompted, she is not part of the crew yet she is woken up when you wake the crew and replaces the crew member via glitch, she seems immune to the Freezing Temperatures of Cryo (Celine and Damian's prison takes the form of a mountain cabin in freezing winter) and she SPECIFICALLY interacts with you in the two "Dark" timelines.

In order to interact with her, you either need to Purposely fuck everything up in Act 2, leading to being stuck in the Void at the End of the Story where she gives you one chance to get back on track to the proper ending or forces you into an aborted ending there, one of the only 2 optional endings after the main one, or you need to PURPOSELY wake the crew 3 times in a row in the timeline in act 1 where you save Mark at the start, since you would realize by the third time that waking the crew would only summon Miss Whitacre to make the problem worse, hence her being all about how you must be having fun and doing these horrible decisions on purpose before killing you two and sending you to the Act 1 ending where you are now alone in space for the rest of your life, the one you see at the start of the first regression in Act 1, where you grow mad as you try to find a way to prevent this mess.

Given how she is the only other character in Act 1 who seems incredibly aware of your actions (even mark is only partially aware of the constant regressions before the Wormhole), her being Celine would make sense.
