The day of non stop eating, non-stop doing. Coffee, brunch, lunch, snacks, sake bar, dinner, hookah.. the only “bad” stop was a strip club that had something like $20 entrance fee. We went downstairs, there was no booze, no coffee (otherwise we probably would have stayed), it felt like we were in grandmas basement with no lighting and very sparse chairs. Pretty sure the girls were getting finger banged in front of us... but aside from that the day was quite perfect. Was rated 10/10 on my tour guide skills.

One time I tagged along on a roadtrip to Seattle with Garrett. Ended up meeting Dutch “Teddy” Robinson from the Ohio Players. On the way, we found a cafe/cannabis shop with swings, ridiculous cuban sandwiches and donuts. That night I learned/watched/met Parliament Funk and it blew my fucking mind. What an experience. Thank you G.

The shittiest photos I’ve ever taken but the best food from my favorite chef in New York, Chef TJ. After everything Cbass/Motion Family has done for and taught me, this meal felt like the first big moment of gratitude I could present to them and It made my heart glow.

Kent is always a source of curiosity, intellect and well designed merch because he’s always touring with musicians lol. This was the evening of Tobi Lou’s show in Vancouver. This was a truly magical evening catching up in Chicago. We were blessed with a live performance by Buddy Guy. There was maybe 10 people in the venue on a weekday night. We sat at the corner of the stage, a few feet away from Buddy. His voice was so powerful, energy strong. Unforgettable. From the first encounter onwards, let our paths weave continuously.

I was incredibly nervous to be in front of the camera as usual, but I love them. They turned out very honest. People like Nick can both calm me down and motivate me at the same time. Watching him flourish, just getting started, is so exciting! Cheering you on. Pleased that it was a home run on the food last time because NY can be so 50/50 with the unknowns.
