starting weight: 189.4 (4.1.17) last week’s weight: 182.6 (4.18.17) today’s weight: 177 (4.23.17)  total loss: 12.4 lbs 

im really happy with my progress this month! the first 5-8 lbs were all water weight, but my body is starting to change and feel better now. it’s carb day today but im staying away from candy and sodas and stuff, and trying to keep it to good foods

even tho i ate a toaster strudel earlier and had a religious experience from it

honestly i just wanna get small and attractive for like 3-5 years and then once i get married and settle down i’ll put on like 50 lbs and stay at 180 for the rest of my miserable existence
