Back on the wagon (sort of)
My second daughtnplaced my life on one big foggy hold. I’m trying to get back into a more healthy routine. First step is logging. Things aren’t ideal quite yet, but holding myself accountable is shifting my thoughts in meal planning and what I’m eating when I have to log it.
Need to start excercising but the FL heat is this side of miserable right now. What are some indoor home workouts there are good. I’d love the suggestions.
