In Luigi's Mansion 3, the Last Resort hotel has two forms: the fake daytime form that is seen in the intro, and the true nighttime form. After a cutscene at the beginning of the game where the daytime form transforms into the nighttime form, the former is not seen again. (At the end of the game, a completely new building is built in the place of the destroyed hotel.)

Interestingly, in that cutscene, there is exactly one frame where the daytime form can be seen unobscured at night. Before that frame, it is covered up by the game's logo, and after that frame, the transformation process starts, which covers it up with a visual effect. Above is that frame.
