As Ratchet declined he had the talk with Drift about how he wanted him to move on and to keep going, even finding love again. He knew Drift would suffer, blaming himself for things out of anyone’s control. He had lost so much in his life: innocence, gasket, wing, Dai Atlus, it would send him into a spiral of self destruction. Ratchet knew he had to give Drift a greater purpose to keep going. Drift never would date or start any relationships, not in the usual sense. Drift continued to help others and pursue his religious atonement

Roddy was his friend, and knew he was In pain. At Ratchets funeral Roddy leaves Megatrons star, finally giving himself peace. They celebrated the passing of two mechs that day, although Roddy may have been the only one grieving Megatron

I believe Drift and Roddy became closer, perhaps travelled or settled down together. While never to the point of love they both had feelings for each other, and it was never really anything more than that. They found happiness in each others company and it slowly healed them. Both had lost so much in their lives and it was time to start living again, striving for peaceful lives

I’m having problems writing so no idea if it will ever happen, but you know how megs has issues with his frame? Being destroyed and rebuilt (by shockwave) kinda messed him up.

Kinda short on parts, only what was necessary for dark matter. A certain ‘array’ of Megs is gone

Either that or megs has a terrible mental block, coupled with a few million years of celibacy because war and all

Basically Roddy wants it, Megs can’t give it scenario. That being said, still has fingers and a mouth so they make do.

Also weird mindset that the matrix practically neuters you, can’t corrupt it you know. And since the half that Rodimus held was destroyed after Luna 1 Roddy is suddenly alive and full of feelings and sensations. So you know they both struggle with trying to find a balance
