On those cool, summer nights, there's nothing better than sharing a nice hot spring with friends. I want to thank ScionOfNight for commissioning me to do this massive piece. I don't often get the chance to draw such a large, group piece but it was my pleasure to take on the challenge and I love what I made from it. Oh, it has been nice to draw again! I've been brushing off the cobwebs and I think it's time I really get back to it. It's also kinda fun using myself as reference for drawings.

Look at them. They're all having fun. Laughing, drinking, telling stories and getting along. Why can't you be like that? Why can't you just let loose and enjoy yourself? You know what happens every single time you do this. You start the party, you're all fun and stories, you love playing the hostess, but then it all flips. You realize the truth. Nobody wants you here. Nobody cares. They just know you throw really good parties. They'd be having so much more fun if you weren't even here. Maybe you should just go upstairs and go to bed right now. It's not like anyone will even miss you. They're not even talking to you. Probably because you're so fat and ugly. You're an insufferable annoyance and you're good at pretending to be the life of the party but you know it's all a fake, a facade, and as soon as it comes down, they see you're just a miserable, sad, ugly girl and who would ever want to spend time with that? They all see it. You've already shown them by acting like this, off in the corner and playing the sad sack. You're bringing everyone down and no amount of acting small will change that. Just crawl away and let them enjoy themselves and when it's all over, you'll clean up for them, they'll say how great of a time they had, and they'll pretend like they enjoy your company- all so you'll do this for them again. But at least... at least when it starts, it's okay. It's fun for a while, ya know? God... why do you keep doing this to yourself, Caroline? Why do you ever think it's going to change?

The thing is, there are a LOT of different emotions that one can feel and there are only so many primary colors. At a certain point, there's gonna be some overlap between emotions and colors.

The woman in the bathroom is trans and is scared that if she comes out of the stall the women that walked in will insult or harass her. but when she comes out they compliment her on her dress instead. The add ends with saying “stress tested for women.” It means Secret is including trans women in their definition of women.

I have reblogged this three times now, each one mentioning the fact that Secret not only included a trans woman, but that they /had the other women compliment her dress and treat her with respect/. I will reblog this every time I see it because it’s so important. More companies should involve trans people in their marketing - we do exist. Props to Secret for getting in on this movement. It makes me really happy to see more of the trans community represented in daily television.

Fun fact about Daliah is that they can manifest at whatever size they like. They generally prefer to be small but sometimes, big has it's perks.
