UPDATE for any followers that remember me/care

Its been a crazy few years since I’ve been on here. Since I’ve been gone I educated myself on social issues, and begun my journey towards being “woke”. Republican policies all sound ridiculous, black lives matter, egalitarianism is feminism for people who don’t get it, etc.

I have been in the best (healthiest) relationship I have ever been in, with our 2 year coming up pretty soon, and although it isn’t a woman’s job to fix men, she has elicited a lot of positive growth in me. There have definitely been some hard times but there has always been a lot of love and support. also opened up to the idea of polyamory.

We moved to Oregon, but I moved back to the bay for several reasons. While there I saw a therapist, which was helpful.

I have been in a few bands since I was last on here. Look up House Hunting on Bandcamp if you get the chance!

No longer working a minimum wage job. and trying to filter out toxic people. live with my parents for the first time since ever. Trying to connect with my Filipino side.

All i see is a young woman trying to grow up too fast. Being born in the spotlight, being the youngest, and competing within her own family to find a place for herself. I get that people are upset that she’s “stealing other’s culture” but man, i feel like the main issue here is that this 18-year old girl is probably thinking, “i have to be as beautiful as my sisters, i can’t be the ugly duckling, i have to be sexy, i have to be desirable” etc. which is saddening. She was self conscious of her lack of lips, so she got some. Felt she wasn’t fully developed, so she got her breasts done. And did something to her hips/booty if i’m not mistaken? Either way, i feel like i’m looking at someone who robbed herself of her childhood. And maybe no one in her family even tried to help her. I wish tumblr wouldn’t be so judging, all i see are negative posts about kylie, like let it go man.

Wanna know what's super gross and wrong

Middle-aged women coming out of Magic Mike XXL and thinking it’s okay to make suggestive comments to teenage boys. Because I work at a movie theatre, and it happens way more often than you would think. Our (mostly male, teenage) ushers stand at the doors of theaters as the movie ends and tell people to have a good day before cleaning the theaters. And as this happens with Magic Mike audiences, groups of 40 and 50 yo women will occasionally say repulsive and sexual things to the male ushers, and that is 100% not okay. And what’s worse is everyone thinks that’s fine and they’re “just having some fun”. We all know it’s disgusting and wrong for grown men to say that to teenage girls, but it’s also wrong for grown women to say that to teenage boys.
