The Lamb wants to bring a new festival to the cult. They find one they hope will not only please Narinder, but possibly let the two become closer. Narinder must teach the twins about the holiday with bittersweet memories of his siblings running through his mind.

Just a short little story I wrote instead of sleeping.

The Lamb had never given much thought to the symbols in the doctrine book, nor the spells they had to chant to conduct rituals. Then one day they learn that not only is is an actual language, but Narinder's mother tongue. They're determined to learn the language and, hopefully, become closer to Narinder in the process. They might just discover something surprising along the way.

Days 26 and 27 are up. I wish I could draw, just so I could properly illustrate the ridiculousness I've faced trying to write these.

I have three cats. I can doomscroll day and night with little issue from them. The moment I open a doc, I have one cat laying on my keyboard, another sitting on my phone, and the third bouncing between headbutting me and trying to shove his butt in my face. I stop trying to write, and they wander off. I press a single button on the keyboard, and they're back. They're trying to save the world from my writing, but their efforts are for naught thanks to the power of a closed door.

I still tried to draw this, btw. A cat immediately laid on the paper. He won that battle.

This month I've posted daily one shots. Most are 1-4k long each, so the fic has grown quite a bit! There's been some interest in me continuing or expanding quite a few of the stories. There's only a couple I wouldn't want to do, so I'd love more thoughts on which, if any, other people would like to see continued. There are a few stories left to go, but those will get posted daily too! I'll probably post a poll or new chapter on May 1 to gather opinions.

The stories range from general audiences to explicit. All ratings, warnings, and tags are at the top of each chapter. Fair warning, I have a love for Yandere type Lambs so they appear a few times, but they're marked as obsessive in the tags to be avoided.
