Mr. Fun Computer is oldest, Circette is youngest! Fun Bot would be the middle child.

Finished, Pink Bot - TerraTerraCotta version

With a Sprunki!AU design and a tweaked Scratch sprite based off the Gummydora one I made.

This is my OC now, Gummydora does not exist anymore (Confirmed Defunct content farm)

She would become canon to Sprunki!AU after the events of SprunkiGate!AU, joining that universe. While Circette tends to cause trouble via her naivety and not knowing her own strength, Pink Bot has a programming quirk which gives her a temper and mean streak. Likely a leftover from being a part of a series of evil hive mind robots. Clukr and Garnold, who adopted her, are working to help her through the quirk. Regardless, Pink Bot is working towards helping Circette in keeping SprunkiTown safe. She otherwise tends to be aloof and unnerve others despite her generally cute appearance.

Hey everyone.

I want to come out and genuinely apologize for my actions the previous day.

It is true that thelovebotlikefunbot did previously steal a design from me. I'm very protective of my designs so since then I've held them under a level of scrutiny that was very personal and not fair to them. It lead me to believe I was being stolen from again when this was very likely just a coincidence.

Tumblr is a site where it's easy to get dogpiled which is hard to think straight through when you're juggling that and other tasks. So when I suddenly got a lot of angry comments, I felt attacked and acted impulsively, I took my anger over a lot of things out on this situation. Though this does not excuse my behavior.

I will not lie, I acted very immaturely and let my emotions cloud my judgement in how I handled things. I SHOULD have handled it better.

I apologize to thelovebotlikefunbot, greyisnotinsane, and lesbiangremlin84, I deeply regret any anxiety and stress I've caused you. You don't need to forgive, but I do hope you can find peace. It's likely for the best we keep each other blocked so as to prevent issues in the future. I will also not remove my initial posts as it would also be disingenuous to ignore my own actions on that day or try to pretend they didn't happen.

I'm still protective of my designs, that will always be true, but I need to be more critical of myself before I just assume I'm being stolen from. Even if a person has stolen from me in the past.

Regardless, I promise to do better going forward and hold myself accountable for my actions. Thinking twice before I jump to conclusions.

I also wanna say that I dont talk about my job because its not usually relevant to my fandom stuff. But this is my desk at work with any personal info censored. I thought maybe I would take a moment to talk about it.

I work as a paraprofessional in resource (special education). Paraprofessionals are those without a degree in the field, but have A degree and are licensed by the state to work in a specific field. This requires a bunch of tests and registering with the state. Background checks, fingerprinting, and medical exam to name a few.

I work one on one with students, make study materials, and help teach about smartphone and online safety. This includes students with IEPs (individualized education programs) and students in the transition program that helps those who need a few more steps into the world after high school. I do all this in spite of being autistic and having a few other disorders, but this also allows me to connect and empathize with certain students too.

I will say my characters like Ms. Lavee and Ms. Lavender are inspired by my day job, and by my late mother who was a beloved special education teacher.

It is far from an easy job, but I love and adore this job with all my heart. Art and design are my passions, but education is kind of what makes me feel fulfilled. If you had told me this 10 years ago, I wouldn't have believed you. Yet life takes us to unexpected places.

So yes, I do have a job and work full time. My best advice for young people following me is always keep your options open. I went to college for and studied art, but a career in education is what makes me happy. Find a balance for work and your passion and you'll be set.

Okay so basically I had a run in with someone who directly recolored one of my designs last month and called it out. They never apologized and a friend (one of the people involved) had to resolve it for them to make a different design

I found out recently they're still copying aspects from a bunch of my OCs, but its all circumstantial so all I did was block them and the friend which I have mentioned publically

I recently made an image based off the situation for the hypothetical question asking people where the line gets drawn between inspiration and stealing, but completely changed the details of the OC so it isnt one to one the same oc. This was a genuine question since I thought about making my own version of Car from Garn47 (thats its own can of worms).

I suppose I didn't change enough about the situation in my hypothetical because the friend or the thief themselves saw this and began barraging me on alts. I woke up this morning to people I do not know insulting my age and job status over this post. Reposting my art and mocking it. Speaking that someone of my age has no place here. Literally being bullied and treated like a child while they're screaming how I'm 34.

It feels even if I had used different OCs for the example or made a different example OC I would still be here.

I pointed out the obvious that this friend group, or just a few people on alts, are the ones doing this defending the person who originally stole from me, and defined discrimination, and not a me problem, and now it seems to be winding down and at least one of the people regrets the comments they made towards my person.

At the end this all kind of spiraled out of control over something that was NOT a big deal.

Actually they made a good point. I am too old and jobless despite having a job to enjoy life anymore so I am converting this blog into one revolving around my new OC 1040 Form Guy who helps people with their taxes and exposes fraud and corruption involving taxes

I will only be using canva stock art to make images from now on because creating things with my own hands is only okay if children do it and adults are boring.

I hope you will enjoy coming with me on this boring yet education journey only adults can enjoy.

It's a very common stereotype that people neurological disabilities cannot work regular jobs. It's literally discrimination. You are discriminating against me because of my interests, my age, and who I am.

That is the LITERAL definition of discrimination. Which is what you and your circle are doing. You are upset with something I made so you are personally attacking ME for my interest, age, and work status.

That's discrimination.

Question: When does "Inspiration" become just plain stealing?

I recently had someone who directly stole one of my designs blatantly last month, mish-mash a bunch of my OCs together to make a new "Sona"

It had me thinking where you guys would draw the line at character theft, especially since I want to make a car expy?

(NOTE: The "OC" on the left isn't one-to-one the ripoff OC, but rather a re-imagination based on the situation since I've already completely cut off the offender and it makes for a good visual example. It did, however, involve the characters on the right)

I didn't even say who it was and created an entirely different design to use as an example here so the fact they sent their friends on ALTS to come after me (tbh I assumed as much because my blogs are not available in external search or tags) tells me not only was the design just ripping off my ocs again but they want to get their friends to bully me into silence.

This will not work. The ableist comments about me not having a job are a step too far tho imo.
