(guard): *stops jester* can you identify yourself?

(jester): *searches her pockets and gets out a little mirror, looking into it* yep, that’s me.

[blinks in next to Jester] [Smooches] [Blinks out again]

She is surprised when he shows up beside her, a gentle start that has her reaching out to maybe elbow or punch whomever decided that was a good idea. Instead she is greeted with a kiss, her nose scrunches up in delight. Cheeks flushing just briefly as she watches him blink away.

He’s gotten better at it. 

It leaves a warm feeling around her, as she lets herself smile just a little bit longer.

(fjord): did you eat all the powdered donuts?

(jester): *mouth full of donuts* no.

(fjord): then what’s all that white powder on your skirt?

(jester): cocaine.

She smiles brightly at him, cheeks and nose scrunching up from it - a laughing falling from her lips, a hand reaching out to gently hold onto his arm,

“Well I can give you more if you’d like.”

I can't take my eyes off you (Unless, of course, you notice me. Then I'll quickly look away and act like it never happened.)

She doesn’t always notice him staring, actually, it’s very rarely at all that she does catch him. Jester is far too invested in the world around her, the people, the places, the things she can do. 

So he’ll get to watch her smile light up when things go well, the frown that appears when they don’t. The worry during fights, though not the tears. 

She’s good at hiding those.

Jester catches him once or twice, and she’ll call him out on it - only to allow him to sweet talk his way out of it, it’s only fair.

Though, if he catches her staring at him - she always has a compliment on her lips.

Very slow to the party but having such a fun time watching critical role!
