Transphobia in anime spaces is so crazy

An anime could literally have a transwoman character called "Womangirl McTranswoman" who has massive boobs, only gets referred to with she/her pronouns, and NEVER has her gender questioned at any point...only for some random weeb on Reddit or Twitter insisting that it's just a "translation error" and that they're a femboy or some shit🫩

tyler & snowi (one of my brainrot content farm slop hyperfixations) made a video on how to spot ai slop afaik tyler himself is an artist(i think he made the drawings for his and snowi's and his old friends' avatars) but i figured hed fully sell out to ai or something and pretend its real so i think its so cool hes teaching the young little dumb fetus kids on how to differentiate real images and fake slop images, even if its just for the views and money but i shouldnt praise tyler & snowi too much cause yk theyre still brainrot who hop on any trending thing even if its kinda questionable

still ! im so happy that atleast SOMETHING good is coming out of them, i love them dearly since i am fixated on them after all but i never expected them to do anything remotely good again after their descent into brainrot but they DID!!!

Question: When does "Inspiration" become just plain stealing?

I recently had someone who directly stole one of my designs blatantly last month, mish-mash a bunch of my OCs together to make a new "Sona"

It had me thinking where you guys would draw the line at character theft, especially since I want to make a car expy?

(NOTE: The "OC" on the left isn't one-to-one the ripoff OC, but rather a re-imagination based on the situation since I've already completely cut off the offender and it makes for a good visual example. It did, however, involve the characters on the right)
