We made it to Utah next and started to play in the #Moab area, first stop #CanyonlandsNationalPark The lady in the last picture was standing in the blazing sun 13 hours a day just to hold a sign. After some car trouble and a extra trip to pick up my friend Asher, we found free camping on a 🏔 in SW Colorado(cherry creek rd on Campendium). When we got out and looked at the stars we were shocked to see more stars then either of us had every seen in our entire lives! The next morning I knew I’d be lower on charge then I like if I didn’t go to one of many #DestinationCharger in the area. Picking the most convenient I called ahead to The #BlueLakeRanch and they welcomed us, little did we know this place was so amazing, AND it was breakfast time! As we are eating an amazing free breakfast the friendly owner came out to talk about my Tesla investment, then proceeded to tall me a story about when #ElonMusk came and stayed with them because someone had leaked on Twitter where he’d planned to stay. I took the opportunity to ask what was her feeling of Elon and what kind of a man he was, she said “He couldn’t have been more polite, just really humble and down to earth.” He was coming to their area cause they were considering building a factory near Farmington, NM. After he stayed he said “This place is amazing, you can tell everyone I stayed here!”, then he gave them 3 destination chargers as a thank you. We also met this very kind and friendly man, Any Dawa Sherpa the head gardener. He was a Sherpa from the Himalayan mountains. He said he didn’t hike much anymore because the mountains of NM and CO were too small, more like big hills so he just made the ranch pretty instead.. #MiracleHotsprings What a blessing it was to find this gem! We were just trying to find something in the area and I stumbled onto Breckenridge mountain then found out there was a hotsprings at the bottom.
