Kyoshi never said to kill the fire lord. She said if Aang chose to do nothing, his inactions would be result in many lives lost and thus beeing responsible for it. Like she saw herself responsible for chin the conqerour's death. She could have helped, but chose not to, thus leading to his death and she didn't see the differecne.

Also, notice her final wisdom:

What would justice look like? What is justice for the Earth Kingdom, Water Tribes, and Air Nomads? Justice for the people who suffered below the Fire Nation, including the people of the Fire Nation?

Killing Ozai would not have been Justice. It would have been, at best, retribution.

Aang:

Aang says monkey feathers all the time....thought that was a little hint to what he actually says.

Also, while Aang is a monk and nomad...he is 12 when he starts the series and then meets Sokka and Toph. He would know how to curse.

I think Zuko would be more incline to not curse, he would see it as honourable to not use foul language or whatever the reason Iroh gave :P
