All Roads weaving workshop in New York City, May 19. Purchase seats for the workshop here.
Basic frame loom weaving workshop taught by Janelle Pietrzak of All Roads, hosted by Rachel Ashwell’s Shabby Chic Couture in Soho. This will be Janelle’s first ever workshop in the NYC area. Students will complete an entire weaving in the 3-4 hour session. All materials will be provided, and students get to take home a frame loom kit with instructions in a silk screened All Roads tote bag. Only 20 seats available.

From inspiration to execution.
This week I have been inspired by the above painting, Noontide in Late May, by Charles E. Burchfield. This colors and mood of the painting kind of knocked me over. I was inspired to pull a color story together and start on a new piece. Here is a sneak peak.
