Hey! Do you love the All for the Game series?? Want to help a good cause??? 

Contribute to the 2018 AFTG Holiday Fanzine!

For the holiday season, I’m going to be putting together an All For The Game holiday-themed zine that will be published as an online PDF. My plan is to sell the zine, and put all the money from each download towards a donation to Lost-n-Found Youth, an organization which helps homeless LGBTQ youth in Atlanta.

The zine will include winter/holiday-themed AFTG content, everything from art to fanfic. I, along with several other wonderful people, created a similar zine during the 2016 holiday season, which you can check out here: https://faintlyglow.itch.io/heathensgreetings-aftg-fanzine

The last chain has been posted, and it is now time: the TFC Telephone Art Game is officially over.

But before laying this game to rest, let’s take a little look back, shall we?

A few numbers...

What was the TFC Telephone Art Game, you ask?

16 chains 80 different artists  130 artworks  403 days of art 

Yes, it was all of this, and I am honestly humbled by the number of people who joined in, played along and created all these amazing pieces. 

What just started as an idea thrown in the middle of a conversation grew into such a beautiful thing, and I can’t thank everyone enough for this -- the artists, and the fandom for welcoming the game with such enthusiasm!

Well, tumblr just didn’t let me tag them (I think there is a privacy setting that keeps people from @ you in posts when it is activated, though it might be another reason entirely).

I always notify artists by mail when a chain is completed tho, and they have reblogged the chain and posted their artwork as you can see here.

Almost one year later...

On May 7th 2017, @chitsuu​ started the first TFC telephone game chain. Almost a year passed since then, and we have completed no less than 12 chains + 3 ongoing chains, which is definitely more than I expected to achieve when I created this blog!

Thank you to everyone who signed up, created amazing art and allowed this game to last for so long!! The 100 pieces of art (yes, exactly 100!) created so far are all absolutely gorgeous <3

Now, you’re probably wondering “why the hell did you not post it on May 7th 2018″, which is a very legitimate question.

Aaand this leads to the second part of this post: due to 1/ my growing lack of time to take care of this game and 2/ the progressive decrease of interest in it (which is totally normal, one year is already really a good life for this kind of things!), I have decided that it was time to set an end to it.

Sign-ups for the TFC Telephone Art Game will definitely close on May 7th, 11:59PM CEST.

Worry not though, all the chains that are ongoing at that date will be finished!

So if you’d like to take part this game, it’s your last chance to sign-up in one of the last chains!
