The 'greetings from cuba' comes from the birth of a joke that happened sometime between victor's last episode (where he invites mike to go to cuba?) and the beginning of this tumblr. (so basically, victor's not dead... he's just on vacation in cuba ~with michael~. and that's their postcard to home.)
