Holy fuck this blog is old. I can’t believe I still have the name. Anyway, hello. To any stowaways still lingering around, this is the captain of the Aurora. (And to anyone who may or may not know me, no the hell you don’t.)
Unfortunately, since I’ve managed to get a proper job, Mechs related posts are probably not going to be as much these days since I’m working. Posts in general are probably going to be sparse or sort of related to my job. Feel free to unfollow if that’s not your cup of tea.

INTRO to both myself and what this blog is about
This is a RP blog of the character of Jonathan Sims, with a few of my own personal twists on him. Those being:
- The Mechanisms were his post-college band and this account, from his perspective, is his old tumblr meant for interacting with fans and fan works.
- Other rp blogs for canon characters from TMA and from the Mechanisms, feel free to interact!
- He’s not a dick to Martin (as much as he is in canon anyway.)
- He kept the dog from the 2019 live show! (His name is Pooka)
I also use this blog to interact with other Mechanisms RP blogs for fun. If and or when I get to writing any degree of lore I’ll tag it as such.

Holy shit it's been nearly a year since I last posted.
Ah well. Time for a long overdue life update from yours truly. The job is going well, though some coworkers who will not be named are a little bothersome? I honestly don't know what one of their deals are, but at the same time I don't really know How to ask. If that makes sense?
Anyway, just to update, I am still immortal and things are going well.

Not everybody enjoys running their blog this way and that's a-okay.
