okay but I just realized that if Venom was in Maria before, they definitely watch Eddie through her memories, and they saw good memories considering he was always helping her and caring for her

Maybe they already knew he would be their perfect host, and the “You made me change my mind” wasn’t so out of place from Venom!

Thanks for pointing this out! I appreciate how there're a lot of implications in the movie that enrich the relationship between the two. Such as the one where Venom was distracted by Eddie's compliment and the scene where they shielded other people from bullets.

Eddie doesn’t have any roommates or a girlfriend, but he’s never lonely. Sometimes I hear strange noises through the walls… I wonder what he’s doing by himself? 😳

Another funny thing I noticed was that Eddie covered his ear when he heard Venom in his head. And his breaking point was telling them "not now" like they can talk to him later, just not during the call lol.

I'm sure that NWH will be an awesome movie. But I will absolutely not spend my money if Tom Hardy's Venom isn't in it. My tastes have changed greatly since watching Venom and I don't regret it.

So im watching the 1st movie again and- THIS MAN CANT COOK!! How does one mess up tater tots this bad!? Either that or Eddie thought turning the heat all the way up to cook them faster was a good idea.

The scene where Dan helps take down Carnage with only fire is amazing. But you know who had sound, but not fire? Anne, from the 1st movie! Just another detail as to why they are a better match for each other.

Did anyone find it strange when Venom's voice didn't change when it moved hosts in the 2nd movie? For example, when they jumped onto the female biker and yelled out "Sayonara," their voice still sounded like Eddie's. When Mrs. Chen hosted Venom, their voice remained same. Venom also talk to Anne in a masculine voice during the apology scene. I'm not sure if they were saving money by having Tom Hardy do all of Venom's lines or if this is a detail of Venom missing Eddie's voice. 🤔
