I lost everything... but I still hold on to hope ✨

My name is Mo'men, and I’m a young Palestinian who dreamed of a bright future after high school.

Instead of celebrating, I found myself running for my life, escaping bombs, destruction, and fear.😥

Our home was crushed into dust 🏚️. My brother lost his job. My school and my sister’s university turned into shelters for displaced families.

We fought for survival for six long months under bombs and siege, until we finally reached Egypt, carrying nothing but a few plastic bags... and a lot of broken dreams.💔

Today, we have no home, no income, no safe place to call our own.

Day 2: Paranormal for jayvik horror week on bsky!!

I was so overjoyed when Jayce came home for the holidays, but he doesn’t seem himself… He’s exhausted, distant, and every time I ask he smiles and says it’s nothing and that work has been busy, that’s all. I tried to convince him to stay a while longer, rest at home and recover. He had a grave expression when he said ‘No, that’s not a good idea’. Oh my sweet boy… What happened?

Want to doodle out some of my hc's for Viktor post-canon so I made it look like a journal page for funsies lmao. Will add the text under the read more for easier reading!

a. True skin: A merged layer of skin, muscle, and bone transmuted into a metal exoskeleton. Shows a hexcorized pattern with the fusion of layers. This layer is malleable to him, allowing him to shrink to an average human size. (Is still taller than Jayce now)

b. Face plate: Rigid, hexcorized, remnant of his old face. Can be moved to re-fuse over the true skin layer to act as a mold for the fake skin to form over. It is a solid, unarticulated, plate until later iterations. (see 3a.)  Leaves a gap in the true skin layer when moved.

c. Fake skin: A skin layer meant to imitate human skin and appearance, created from Viktor's cell regenerative abilities and conversion of organic matter. Serves no purpose other than to imitate his former appearance.

d. Internals: All of his internal organs, organ systems and nervous tissue have, for the most part, been merged into a complex hexcorized pattern of "spongy" tissue. There are remnants of his heart and cardiovascular system, which passively absorbs magic from around him and powers his body. It also acts as a coolant system. (He can run rather warm) Viktor is consciously aware of every single one of his internal processes and can consciously control all of it.

Cocoon: Forms a cocoon around himself to create a sterile environment for the construction of the fake skin. Total time taken vastly depends on the complexity and takes longer when constructing sensory tissue to re-enable senses such as taste, as he evolved out of needing them. He'll choose the simpler construction for practicality and the more complex for indulgence and enjoyment with Jayce.

3a. Later iterations, Viktor split his face plate into smaller segmented pieces to mimic facial muscle movement and allow articulated facial expressions. Facial expressions can still be awkward as they have to be very consciously controlled on top of everything else he processes all the time.

5. Skin “decays” after a time. Result of gradual hexcorization. Will never truly decay, but will harden and metallize completely if kept too long. Needs to be shed.

oh totally forgot to post these. Some doodles some months ago i made from discussions with my partner about some post-canon hcs where Viktor is permanently changed but kind of smashes his head back together performs some weird human mimicry cause he thinks Jayce would prefer it (which he absolutely does not ask or talk about)
