Attending Marquette University was a great experience and prepared me to be successful after graduation which is why I choose to give back.

There isn't just one thing I am most thankful for during my time so far at Marquette University; I am thankful for the entire experience. Choosing Marquette was hands-down the best decision I have ever made. I have learned more about myself in the 3 years I've been here (not to mention all of the knowledge I've gained in my classes) than the other 18 years of my life. I have been fully integrated into the Marquette family, making numerous friendships and acquaintances that will last a lifetime. Marquette has given me many personal and professional opportunities which have allowed me to grow in many different ways. Marquette is the best thing to have happened to me.
Elle Gehringer, 2014
I support Marquette because Marquette was such a great place for me, and I want to help make it that way for other students now and in the future!

I would like to thank John Luetke for bringing McCormick 3W together by giving us a common enemy... and for the light saber.

The four most extraordinary years of my life were spent at Marquette. I would not be the person or nurse I am today if it wasn't for the service, excellence, faith, or leadership that Marquette taught me. Being able to say that I am a Golden Eagle is an honor. It is extremely rewarding to help the dream of Marquette come true for others.

The four years I spent at Marquette were truly remarkable. I wouldn't be the person I am today if not for my experiences as a Golden Eagle. I can only hope that future students of Marquette will prosper and benefit from their time spent there like I have. I am delighted to help the Marquette dream come true for someone else.

While there is no doubt I left Marquette better educated, I believe more importantly that Marquette made me a better person above all else. It is with pride I choose to give back to my alma mater, in hopes Marquette can continue to ensure others graduate not only with the tools to succeed in their future professions, but also to foster the Marquette and Jesuit ideals of service, faith, leadership and excellence in all students.
David Franklin, Arts ‘09 Supports the Les Aspin Center/Kleczka Scholarship Fund
We donate to Marquette to give back to the community that has given us so much, to support the faculty and staff who believed in and inspired us to Be the Difference in our personal and professional lives, and to help advance the tradition of forming new generations of Women and Men for Others who bleed Blue and Gold.

Earning your degree is not the end of your Marquette experience. It is a rite of passage into the larger Marquette community, a group of alumni, parents, faculty and friends who believe wholeheartedly in the greatness of Marquette and continue to support each other for a lifetime

I don't think I will ever be able to truly explain the gratitude I have for my time at Marquette. I not only found a fantastic, enriching job and a second family, I found myself. MU helped me become the person I always wanted to be, and I will be forever grateful.

At Marquette, I benefited from transformational experiences both inside and out of the classroom. I give back so that current and future students can continue to engage in academic and extracurricular activities that truly educate the whole person during their journeys at Marquette.

We couldn't ask for a better home than Marquette and both benefited from the contributions of alumni before us. It is our greatest honor to give back and help the students who need a bridge to ensure their dreams of a Marquette experience can happen.

Without the generosity of others, we would not have been blessed with the holistic education we received at Marquette. Establishing a scholarship for future students is a small way for us to honor the university, express our appreciation and ensure others have access to the same great opportunities.
Mark Schoenfelder, Bus Ad '02, and Sarah Schoenfelder, Bus Ad '02 Established the Mark and Sarah Schoenfelder Endowed Scholarship Fund
"We feel very fortunate to have gone to such a great university. When we were students at Marquette we were able to attend many conferences and special events because of the generosity of others. We feel that donating to Marquette is a great way to show our thanks for all our Marquette education has afforded us."
