INTRO

Hi my names Anthony, but most people call me Ant. I'm an aspiring film maker and I like to write scripts and make my own little short films on breaks and at uni where I'm studying digital film production.

I draw and write as a side hobby sometimes. Mostly oc stuff, horror comedy movies, sci-fi and Alan Tudyk roles.

I guess I joined Tumblr because I like writing my thoughts out and I thought hey, why not start a blog and show people what I do? So here's that! Plus I have such strong hyperfixations and then nobody to talk to about so I thought here would be perfect

I'll post my art, scripts and set pictures onto here! As well as just straight up brain farts.

HAPPPY PRIIIIIIDE MOOOONTH

My headcanon for Harry is that he's a demiboy pansexual ^_^ I've said that in my last pride post but I still think that even now LOL

i made three versions of this drawing cause i wanted to but i was also gonna make asta, d'arcy, jay, etc but man drawing on my tablet is getting harder and harder with little space i have. maybe i'll add onto a transparent version so other people can draw the others with their headcanons or something... idk or ill add onto it later on idk idk

I'll start this series of "Alan in hats" with Harry's fisher hat.

This is a stupid idea born in a conversation between @that-circusant and me, after seeing whatever was on his head on yesterday's OWWS post hehe. So I'll post pictures of Alan wearing different hats, that to be in movies, theatre, or elsewhere, like conventions for example. Just you to know. With just a rapid pass through my screens and I already found like 40 different hats. So let's go 🤭

So I saw Alan Tudyk again... because my mum bought an Autograph from him and obviously I tagged along and he recognised me.. he looked down and then quickly up and went "it's you!!!" And I'm the happiest person in the world. I don't need anything else in life, fricken Alan Tudyk himself recognised me

Guys I met them both!! Nathan's line was SUPER DUPER long and so unsurprisingly it was very rushed and I didn't get much of an interaction 💔 ALAN THOUGH he was the sweetest most amazing man I've ever had the pleasure to meet (yes I am going to glaze him) I couldn't get a recording sadly but honestly I couldn't care less

He was so nice talking about how nice my art was and I asked him to doodle something as well and he doodled Maximus! He has his copy of the book too and while he was drawing Maximus he said "I'm going to add flies because he's smelly" 😭 ALSO he was so happy with the book he asked my friend wheres hers. 💀 He also recognised me at the photo-op and went, you again! And I don't care that it's so small it actually made me feel so great

First day of comic con and i got this thing. I named it Pie! No cosplay today since Alan and Nathan are only there on Saturday and Sunday! And I'm going to give him my book.. what if I faint

Books have finally arrived I'm to faint. Also business cards have been delivered YIPPEE!! it has my linktree on it and also I'm going to give out resident alien stickers (that I still have to make) to anyone who either a) recognises my cosplay or b) is cosplaying resident alien too

Double panel too 🥰. Probably not a OWWS episode live but who knows.

Anyway, finding out that this can be happening on this side of the Atlantic (con in London) makes me happy. I don't know if I will be able to attend to a panel one day, but this can happen. Also there is logistics and budget involved there. This is not cheap and i have to add the train and the hotel to the equation 😅.

Now this year this is an extra no lol. I am rehearsing for a concert this weekend.

unfortunately, alans stuff is pretty pricey, and idk if they go to smaller cons like in the US, but if you find a smaller con the prices for entry is pretty cheap! only disadvantage is that they dont have VIP which makes you go in front of the line so you'll have to wait in line (bummer but you could atleast talk to other alan fans!)

i think the last time i went it was... around 190$ i think. it might be way more with Nathan and Alan together. but tbh i reccomend getting just an autograph from both of them, since the photo ops arent meetups, and they pretty much throw you in and out of there as fast as possible, unless you want a pic with them. or instead you can just get an autograph which has the same sentimental value! its all up to you.

sorry if this is a word dump, i think with the way cons are they can be super costly i dont want you do break your bank! also cuz you're an alan tudyk fan oomfie i really want you to meet him... hes pretty cool

oh also, the general wait for being in line for me was 2 to 4 hours. so if you are going to wait in line bring a foldable chair cause you'll be standing for a long time. its different for each con and it all depends on the actor. My sister met the main guy from sons of anarchy and she was there the whole day so... yea if you can afford vip id get it but after meeting alan twice his line is generally 4 hours...

Oh I am not aiming for autograph nor photo. I cannot function correctly in this moments. I totally shut down. Also I can't stay standing very long (back problems) lol. To go to the panel would be my favorite thing ^^'.

I found the prices for the double panel, and indeed that quite a price. I can afford but that's way more that what I usually put in shows or concerts lol. And as I said I have to add hotel and train - I come from France - so the week-end would be pricy :D. It's a bit like throwing half the budget for the holidays but in two days instead of two weeks T_T.
