Intro post!
Its about time I made one of these!
I'm that-one-creature but my blog used to be called Baked-Pottato.
I'm Genderfluid and queer and post about all kinds of things like art, ballet, incorrect quotes, shows I like, human right and queer right movements and sometimes just random bs from my life. A decent list of things I like can be found in my bio but I kinda just threw that out there.
I don't post often so please be patient!
I'm so happy that gangle doesn't need her comedy mask anymore! I love her goofy little smile! She and Zooble are an awesome couple too!

When TADC first came out, I had just gotten out of an abusive relationship and had lost all the people I thought were my friends. This show was something I found comfort in, since murder drones was ending and I couldn't help but relate to Pomni and Zooble. In the time that this show has released, I have healed so much. I made real friends, met my bestie, become more comfortable in my own skin, learned to speak up and in general become happier.
I'm not saying that TADC caused that healing, but it was present the whole time.
It became a comfort show that I would watch over and over and every time, I felt better after watching it. I loved the ending of this show and I'm glad it got the finale it deserves. I know it hasn't been an easy journey for Gooseworx and glitch, but I'm beyond happy that they pushed through and made this amazing show.
Thank you so much to Gooseworx. I'm so grateful that you shared this incredible show with us, and I wish you the best.
I made a plush of one of Caine's bee drawings!!
I know it isn't perfect and is missing its antennae, but I still love it! I based it off of one of the Bee drawings in his notebook!
I freehanded the pattern, used scrap fabric to make it and used fabric paint for the colors.
Anti ai rant ahead
I am genuinely so angry at my school right now. I go to an arts school that has concentrations for different kinds of art, (dance, singing, music, visual arts, ect), yet my school uses Ai to generate posters in the school. ITS SO STUPID!!! WE ARE LITERALLY AN ART SCHOOL WITH OUR VISUAL ARTS CONCENTRATION HAVING AROUND 200 STUDENTS ALONE!! THEY DONT NEED TO USE AI SHIT!!
I have a show coming up with the dance concentration at my school and the posters they made are AI! THAT MEANS THE WORK THAT ALL OF US HUMAN ARTISTS SPENT THE LAST SEMESTER DEDICATING ALL OUR TIME TO IS BEING ADVERTISED WITH SLOP!! Its disgusting.
If you didn't know, ai uses absurd amounts of drinking water and pollutes it so badly that it becomes toxic, uses crazy amounts of electricity, absolutely destroys the air and everything it generates is made with stolen work. Its absolutely disgusting. To use ai at all is horrible and to use it to advertise real art is just a spit in the face.
(Sort of) quick vent
I think I may have accidentally made my ballet teachers mad at me.
To explain, at my dance studio we are currently practicing choreography for a show in a couple months. The choreography for my group is two pieces of music about a minute and a half each. This dance is being made by two teachers and while one is more subtle with it, it is clear that they have favorites. In the second piece of music, the two favorite students spend the entire time up in the front and for the one short moment where us others are in front, our small part is mind numbingly simple compared to the other dancers. (We are a smaller group)
I brought up with my teachers how I felt that the one part where we were in the front felt like it wasn't reflecting what I know we can do but while I was explaining this, I started to have an anxiety attack and cry. My teachers seemed to accept what I had to say but when I went to class today, the teacher I had this evening (one of the people building the choreo) didn't speak a word to me and seemed annoyed whenever I answered a question she asked to the group, even though the others didn't have an answer. When I approached her after class to apologize for the crying the other night, she seemed impatient and mentioned how as a professional dancer, I just have to accept what I'm given without a fuss.
I was encouraged to speak my mind and I know that if have the right to, but now I feel guilty that I stressed out and probably offended one of my favorite teachers. I feel really guilty. And I know that all the teachers of the school talk, so I know that the other teachers heard. I feel so bad to the point I'm nauseous.
Was I in the wrong to bring it up in the first place? Should I have kept my mouth shut and just accepted the boring move that a five year old could do for the sake of keeping peace?
Btw, the other dancers in my class agree about the favoritism and how the rest of us are given the most basic things possible while the favorites get so much better choreo.
I MANAGED TO GET TICKETS TO THE TADC MOVIE!!!

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!! I have no idea why but my upper spine is in so much pain! I can't stand for more than a few minutes without my entire upper back hurting and needing to sit down. What the fuck am I supposed to do about this?

I went to my first anime convention today!
It was so much fun! I went as Uzi Doorman and I was so happy that people actually knew who i was! There were so many incredible cosplays from all kinds of fandoms, ranging from Glitch productions, to Shonen animes like demon slayer, all the way to things like Ever After High!
I also managed to get a Jax Burger!!!!

The Gooseworx haters need to genuinely stop. Goose has worked so hard to make this incredible show for us, and you can only end up being toxic and cruel. There is a very toxic part of this fandom that is genuinely causing serious problems and it NEEDS to stop. Attacking the creator won't make you suddenly "cool" or "influential". That's just being a bitch. You don't get permission to bully the creator of a show just because its not exactly what you want.
