heyy girl I saw your progress on Motiveweight and damn you're amazing ! To lose as much as you did in just 6 months, I needed a year and a half! Just wanted to say that, really you're an inspiration :) And also, as we have almost the same profile (same height, same goal, just I'm already 68kg) I wanted to ask you if you could tell me exactly how you eat and what exercises you do everyday? That would be damn nice! Keep working, you're doing it right, you can be fucking proud of you ! :D xx

I have three main meals and two snacks every day. My snacks are under 100 calories ( i usually have fruit or two diet biscuits). For breakfast i have high fibre cereals like special K or fitness cereals and maybe on the weekends i have some whole wheat bread with olive oil and turkey. For lunch i have some sort of protein (chicken or tuna) and veggies and if i have to eat quickly then i have wheat bread with turkey. For dinner i like to have loads of veggies and soups in winter time and after dinner i eat a plain low fat yoghurt. To drink i have 2-4 litres water every day and 2-3 cups of green tea.
I try to go to the gym at least 3 times a week if i dont have exams. At the gym i mainly do cardio ( 20 mins treadmill, 10/20 mins eltiptical and 10 mins bike) and then i do abs exercises and also leg exercises to tone while losing weight but these exercises vary every time i go to the gym. When i have more time i usually do some exercises for my back and arms aswel.
