A New List of Jackie Lawson Headcanons I Pulled Out Of My Ass
I've changed some things in my fanfiction multiverse. But I've also added some things too.
Jackie's an Eminem stan. He loves almost everything Eminem does, even the stuff most/a lot of people don't like: The Slim Shady Show, Encore, Revival, the song "FACK," he'll defend all of those like he's defending himself in court.
Btw, his five favorite Eminem albums are 1) The Marshall Mathers LP, 2) The Eminem Show, 3) The Slim Shady LP, 4) Relapse, 5) Either The Marshall Mathers LP2 or The Death of Slim Shady.
He likes extreme horror movies like Guinea Pig and August Underground.
He has two younger maternal half-sisters whom he treats decently, unlike most other people.
He's one of those Philadelphia Eagles fans who likes to insult Cowboys fans.
He has a cousin who is into astrology, and he tolerates her because she does actually use it and tries to explain the logic of it and isn't just doing pop astrology. He still thinks astrology is bullshit, though.
In speaking of astrology, he was born on April 7, 1985, at 4:17 AM, in northeast Philadelphia, PA. So, he is an Aries Sun, Scorpio Moon, and Pisces Rising. He also has an Aries/1st House stellium (Sun, Mercury Rx, and Venus Rx) and a Scorpio/8th House stellium (Moon, Saturn Rx, Pluto Rx).
He learned how to shoot a gun at 7 years old from his cousin, Dylan, and his uncle, Henry.
He grew up in northeast Philadelphia, just a few miles from the Delaware River.
He has a best friend named Paul.
In the Kylux-adjacent fics pairing him with Clyde, he is friends with an older woman in Boone County named Wilma, who wears an eyepatch after an accident in her youth and is inspired by Ouiser from Steel Magnolias.
He got his jade necklace from his grandad, Jack, who bought the necklace when he was deployed in Vietnam in the early 70s.
His grandad's name was Jack Daniels (legally it was John Daniels, but he went by Jack). And yes, Jack was an alcoholic.
Jackie lives in Hunting Park, having bought his house there in 2006.

When he plays Jackbox with his half-sisters, cousins, and or friends, his favorite game is Mad Verse City.
One of his favorite songs is "Move Bitch" by Ludacris, Mystikal, and I-20.
Most Halloweens, he dresses in his normal clothing but wears a creepy or scary mask.
He probably has an OnlyFans account.
He has very nice feet.
Between his teens and late twenties, he had a fantasy of being a powerful drug lord with a nice farmhouse on the outskirts of Philadelphia, millions of dollars and guns, and a "harem full of bitches, models, strippers, and actresses" at his disposal. Don't worry, he's evolved since then.

Besides Sarah Michelle Gellar and Jennifer Love Hewitt, some other female celebrities Jackie had a crush on when he was a teenager and young adult in the late 90s and early-mid 2000s were Jenna Jameson, Monica Bellucci, Angelina Jolie, Halle Berry, Dita Von Teese, Aaliyah, Nia Long, Carmen Electra, Penelope Cruz, and Trina.
Some male celebrities Jackie had a crush on when he was a teenager (before and after he realized he was bisexual and not straight) and young adult were Tupac, Lenny Kravitz, Tyson Beckford, Tyrese Gibson, Devon Sawa, Keanu Reeves, and Ryan Phillippe.
He finds it amusing, but also flattering and lowkey heartwarming, when women compliment him on his long eyelashes.
He dislikes Burger King, having started losing his taste for it as a preteen because his mother worked there when he was 10-14 years old, so her employer let him get food there at a discount, or free sometimes. And his family was dirt poor, so he was grateful enough at the time to have something to eat.
He has a history of on-and-off depressive episodes.
He likes to drink moderately. He also sometimes smokes weed, though not as much as he did when he was a teenager and young adult, and very occasionally smokes cigarettes or cigars (mostly in extreme periods of stress, or after an extremely intense, thrilling sexual encounter). He also has snorted cocaine a few times over the years.

One of Jackie's two younger half-sisters; Hailey Marlene Lucas was born to his mother, Joy and Joy's second husband, Ray Lucas, at 6:42 PM on February 8, 1999, in Philadelphia, PA.
During Hailey's first five years, Joy began to become increasingly erratic and unstable, abusing substances and mistreating Hailey. She and Ray then divorced, and Ray successfully got custody of Hailey.
Ray was very stern, cruel, and physically and verbally abusive towards Hailey and his subsequent partners after Joy. He was eventually arrested and convicted for drug possession, DV, and child abuse in 2009, after which, Hailey was placed in the custody of Joy and her third husband, Bud. She quickly connected with her three-year-old half-sister, Ashleigh, and became her main confidant and protector.
Hailey is a trans woman, having transitioned in her early teens. Bonding over common interests and their desire to move away from their house in the fictional neighborhood of Coldwell, they quickly became each other's confidantes. Jackie's hyper-religious, estranged maternal grandmother; Sarah Elizabeth Enoch was born at 10:54 AM on August 30, 1944, in Philadelphia, PA. It is believed that her parents were either from a neighborhood on the outskirts of Philadelphia, Bensalem, or from some town in the Pennsyltucky region. She grew up in a large, impoverished family, with her father having gone off to fight in the Second World War before her birth. After her father returned home, he suffered from untreated shellshock, leading him to drink heavily and become angry and cold with his family. Young Sarah found escape in her mother's devout evangelicalism, beginning to write religious poetry and hymns and internalizing her passive mother's lessons about presenting herself and her family in as Godly and pristine of a manner as possible.
In the late 1950s, she met a classmate, Jack Daniels. They married in 1961, when she was seventeen, and he was eighteen. Together, they had four children: Errol, Marlene, Joy, and Bobby. According to her grandson, Jackie, Sarah had confided in him that she had an affair with another man while Jack was in Vietnam shortly after his death. In 1982, her then-eighteen-year-old daughter, Marlene, married her high school sweetheart, Henry Charles, a bad boy of whom Sarah and Jack disapproved, to get out of the house. In 1984, her other daughter, Joy became pregnant at fifteen by her high school boyfriend, Duane Lawson. She pressured Duane and Joy to marry to preserve Joy's honor and ensure their child would be legitimate. She then taught Joy about her duties as a wife and mother, and how God would bless her for devoting herself to her family. She helped Joy take care of Jackie, though Duane soon stopped caring for Jackie and eventually left the family, and Joy neglected and verbally abused Jackie, leaving most of his care to Sarah.
Joy ended up losing custody of Jackie to Marlene in 1991, until Sarah was able to use her reputation as a godly, Christian woman and Henry's downward spiral into addiction to gain custody of Jackie in 1994. She sought to teach Jackie how to obey God and to allow his will to be broken so he would be purified. However, Jackie resented the cruelty and rigidity Sarah used in this, soon renouncing any faith in the divine. After Jackie turned eighteen and left the house and Coldwell for good, Sarah was involved in the childhoods of her two grandchildren through Joy: Hailey and Ashleigh, who were also traumatized by her and their mother's approach to child-rearing.
She collects faceless angel and people figurines (like the Willow Tree figurines), and uses the hall closet in her house as a prayer closet (for herself, though she did use it for her children and grandchildren when she felt they needed to be punished).

Jackie's abusive, estranged mother; Joy was born at 12:00 PM on November 12, 1968, in Philadelphia, PA. She grew up in the poor fictional neighborhood, Coldwell, with her parents and three siblings, Errol, Marlene, and Bobby. Though they were also treated poorly, Joy and her brother Errol were the two golden children in the family. She grew up dreaming of living a fairytale life with a husband and children who would take care of her. In school, she was unambitious, only focused on finding a boy to marry and devote herself to.
In her freshman year of high school, she met sophomore Duane Lawson and started dating him, drawn to his charisma and motorcycle. In August 1984, right as she was about to start her sophomore year, she found out she was pregnant. Though she and Duane partly considered abortion, they knew they would not be able to afford it and their parents would not give them the money for it. Joy also loved the idea of marrying Duane and having his baby as the cherry on top of their relationship. At Sarah and Jack's behest, Joy and Duane married a few days after Joy's sixteenth birthday. They also dropped out of school. Duane moved in with her in their parents' house, and Duane got his GED and started working at a warehouse. Duane soon started to take his frustrations out on her and leave late at night. Joy still held onto hope of Duane bonding with their baby and regaining his interest in her as the mother of his child, but began to quietly resent him and, as a consequence, her baby.
On April 7, 1985, at 4:17 AM, she gave birth to her and Duane's son, Jackie Duane Lawson, whom she named after her father, Jack, and her husband, Duane. After the birth, Jackie suffered from colic, which made her and Duane resentful of him and of each other. Duane started drinking heavily, leaving the house at night, and coming home later and later. Sensing her domestic dream turning into a nightmare, Joy began to hate both Duane and Jackie. She would leave Jackie to cry alone in his crib for hours, not wanting to devote herself to a child whose father was such a disappointment. Her and Duane's relationship soon became vitriolic, hateful, and violent, and Duane eventually left the family in 1989, only coming back occasionally to ask for money from Jack, and then from Sarah, after Jack died in 1991. As Duane wanted her less and Jackie wanted and needed her more, Joy found it hard to love Jackie. Throughout the years, she was verbally abusive and neglectful towards Jackie, causing her to eventually lose custody of him in 1991.
After Sarah gained custody of Jackie in 1994, Sarah steadily allowed Joy to return to the house, as she had been mostly living with boyfriends since her divorce from Duane in 1990. Besides the emotional abuse and neglect, she would also sometimes slap Jackie. Once Jackie grew taller than her at eleven, he threatened to kill her if she ever hit him or let her boyfriends hit him again. She never hit him again after that point. Joy was at the house less and less over the years.
In 1998, she became pregnant with her then-boyfriend, Ray Lucas's, child, and devoted herself more to him, marrying him that November. At 6:42 PM on February 8, 1999, she gave birth to Hailey Lucas. She soon became erratic and abusive towards Hailey and Ray, with Ray occasionally kicking her out and letting her back into his and Hailey's life. While she would be on the outs with Ray, she would stay at Sarah's house, where she would verbally take out her frustrations and inconveniences on Jackie, who despised her more and more. She started abusing alcohol and drugs more, leading to Ray divorcing her and kicking her out in 2004.
She soon started a relationship with forty-year-old Iowa-born drifter and musician, Bud Randall. They married in 2005, and at 2:38 AM on October 13, 2006, she gave birth to her and Bud's daughter, Ashleigh Randall. After Ray's arrest in 2009, she and Bud took in Hailey, who bonded with Ashleigh over the years. She was verbally abusive to Bud, Hailey, and Ashleigh, her behavior getting worse when Bud would cheat on her and when he left her, Hailey, and Ashleigh in 2012. She and Bud divorced soon after, but dated each other again on-and-off throughout the years.
Shortly after, Hailey came out as trans, which Joy took somewhat poorly but later begrudgingly accepted. In 2013, Joy lost custody of Hailey after Hailey had Marlene sue for custody so Hailey could medically transition under Marlene's care. In 2019, Hailey sued her for custody of Ashleigh. Jackie has been very low contact with Joy since 2003.

Jackie's maternal aunt; Marlene was born to Sarah and Jack Daniels at 6:34 AM on September 26, 1963, in Philadelphia, PA. She has three siblings, Errol, Joy, and Bobby. Growing up, she and Bobby were the scapegoats in the family, but especially Marlene, dealing with the strict discipline of her parents, the religious abuse and harsh criticism and coldness of her mother, and the physical and verbal abuse of her shellshocked father after his return from Vietnam. To escape her bleak homelife in her parents' house, she married her high school sweetheart, Henry Charles, at eighteen, in 1982.
Together, they had four children, including Dylan and Jenna. She and Henry had a mostly loving marriage, but not without its hardships, including their poverty and Henry's tendency to get involved in high-risk, and sometimes even criminal behavior. She and Henry chose not to repeat their parents' abuse and neglect, focusing on raising their children to be independent and fun-loving, but also kind. They both sympathized with and cared deeply about their nephew, Jackie, Joy's abused and neglected son, and filed for custody of him after he was taken out of his mother's custody, and his father was arrested for domestic violence and child abuse. They did their best to give Jackie a happier life. However, when Henry's casual alcohol and drug use descended into full-blown heroin addiction, Sarah filed for custody. Though Marlene fought the suit, Sarah won by presenting herself as a saintly, Christian grandmother and attacking Henry's addiction in 1994. Shortly after the end of the custody battle, Henry was found dead in the bathroom of their trailer from a heroin overdose. Despite her crushing grief and guilt for not being able to save him and Jackie, she started working another job and saved up enough money to get herself and her four children out of Coldwell.
In 1995, she got another, better job. She focused on keeping her children away from drug and crime culture, and saving up money for the future. All four of her children graduated from high school with decent to good grades. Sometime in the 2000s, she went to college and got a degree in communications. She attended Jackie's graduation with Sarah in 2003. In 2012, she filed for custody of Joy's daughter, Hailey, so that Hailey could medically transition, winning the case in 2013.
In the Coldwell universe, she, Hailey, and Ashleigh all help Jackie raise his daughter, Charlie, having started watching her when she was a baby in 2014.

Jackie's best friend since childhood; Paul Jansen was born to Teresa and Mr. Jansen at 1:15 PM on October 11, 1984. He grew up in the impoverished neighborhood of Coldwell, living in a small rowhouse with his parents. His father was physically abusive towards his mother and cast a dark shadow over Paul's home until he was arrested and convicted for killing a little girl in a drunk-driving accident when Paul was nine. After Mr. Jansen was convicted, Teresa filed for divorce. A year after his father's arrest, Paul met a neighbor boy his age named Jackie Lawson. They soon bonded over their poverty, troubled home lives, and love for weed, liquor, and rap music. The two friends attended middle school and high school together. Paul's mother Teresa begun to suffer from chronic illness following an abusive childhood and her abusive marriage to Paul's father and, thus, no longer being able to work full-time. And Jackie found his family's poverty worsened due to his granny's health issues and his mother's volatility, fiscal irresponsibility, and financial and physical neglect of him and his granny. To support their families, Paul and Jackie soon started selling weed and ecstasy in their neighborhood and outside their school.
At eighteen, shortly before graduation, Paul decided to give up dealing to start working in construction after school. Though he disapproved of Jackie's decision to continue drug-dealing, he cared too much about him to let go of their friendship, still seeing him as a young boy who was being abused and neglected by his mother and granny. Using drug-dealing money he had saved up, Paul made a down payment on a house in Spruce Hill and moved himself and his mother out of their old house in June 2003. In 2006, Paul married his fiancée, Renée, with Jackie attending the wedding as his Best Man. On November 8, 2009, his daughter, Tessa Jansen, whom he named after his mother, Teresa, was born. His son, Derek, was born in 2013, and his son, Nicholas, was born in 2016.

Jackie and Clyde's Astrological Charts
For any Kylux, Domhnall Gleeson, Adam Driver, Echo Valley, and Logan Lucky fans who are into astrology, I'm trying to create birth charts for both Jackie Lawson from Echo Valley and Clyde Logan from Logan Lucky for my fanfic, but I'm kind of stuck on what placements would fit for them.
I know for sure that I want to make Jackie an Aries Sun and Clyde a Virgo Sun. But I'm trying to figure out their Moon, Rising/Ascendant, Venus, and Mars signs.

I have both of their birth years as being between 1984-1990.
For my fellow Domhnall Gleeson and Echo Valley fans, I don't know if I'm just stating the obvious, but I was rewatching all the Jackie scenes the other night, in part to catch some details I might have missed for fanfic research.
When the detective pulls up the bank statement showing Kate transferring money to Jackie's bank account, it shows his address, which shows he lives in Philadelphia, in the neighborhood of Hunting Park. For some reason, I thought he lived in Chester County.
And it shows the date that he bought the flares as 8/13/2023 and the date of the wire transfer as 8/15/2023. That means most of Echo Valley takes place in August 2023. I just thought it was interesting.
The bank statement is shown between the 1:28:00 and the 1:28:04 mark.
