Just for fun I sometimes make these little meditation track videos. I compose a little music with a process to make a good timing work out, then I make a video with images I capture and edit to make a kaleidoscope effect. It makes for a fun little project.

Flashback poem. Wrote this one in my car after a group meditation session a few years ago. It was the first time I had SEEN the tattoo on my wrist in a long time, and got a solid reminder of why I got it. It feel apropos given my life lately.
