You were walking down the street, pouting slightly. Your boyfriend had just broken up with you and you were walking to Starbucks, hoping coffee will help. You walked in and accidentally bumped into someone, making you fall to the floor.
"I am so so so sorry!" The man said, offering his hand to help you up.
"It's fine." You said, blushing as you got a fine look at his face. You both sat there, blushing. He then ordered his drink, before whispering to the barista.
"Tell her whatever she gets, it's on me." He said to the barista, chuckling.
You then ordered your drink, chuckling softly. You then pulled out your wallet.
"The man in front of you paid for it." The barista said to you, smiling. You then smiled softly. You saw him sitting in front of his laptop.
"Hey, I really appreciate what you did." You said, blushing hard.
"Anything for a cutie like you." He said to you, making your face turn red.
"Sorry for not asking earlier, but what's your name?" You asked, awkwardly rubbing the back of your neck.
"Rafael. Rafael Casal. What's yours?" He questioned, closing his laptop.
"Y/N. Y/N Miranda." You said, confidently.
"So, what are you doing tomorrow night?" You asked him, blushing.
"Nothing, I'm free." He said, chuckling softly.
"Do you wanna go on a date?" You asked, slowly getting up.
"I'll see you at Olive Garden at 5?" Rafael asked, knowing he had plans with Diggs. You stood there confused.
"That means yes." Rafael said, kissing your cheek.
"See you then." You said, before walking to your apartment complex that happened to be the same as his.
You quickly walked into your apartment. "There you go, Y/N. Going into relationship after relationship. You then heard your FaceTime ringtone. You quickly saw the screen, Daveed <3. Welp, better answer. You pressed the green button, smiling.
"Y/NNN!" Daveed said, smiling at you.
"Oh, hey Diggs." You said, smiling softly.
"Heard what happened between you and Alex. You ok?" Daveed asked, slightly concerned.
"I'm fine, I happened to run into a cutie today." You said, twisting a finger into your H/C hair.
"Ooh, do I know this cutie?" Daveed asked, really interested.
"His name's Rafael." You said, squeaking softly.
Daveed's eyes widened. "As in Rafael Casal?" He asked, making you nod.
"Mmhm!" You said, nodding.
"Rafa has been my best friend since high school!" He said, making you chuckle.
"It's a small world, isn't it?" You said, chuckling.
"Oh, and Lin needs you at the theatre." Daveed said, smiling at you.
"Me? What does he need me for?" You asked, confused.
"He needs you to be Peggy and Maria. All the understudies and Jasmine are sick." Daveed said, running a hand through your hair.
"Be there in 5 minutes." You said, smiling softly. You really didn't want to perform but the twin pact that you and Lin made as kids.
"I promise, that whenever my twin needs me. I will always be there for them." You and Lin said at the same time, connecting your pinkies.
You quickly threw on a sweater, making your way to the Richard Rodgers Theatre.
"What'd I miss?" You asked, smirking at Daveed.
Daveed chuckled. "Everything, just kidding," Daveed said before he hugged you. You then looked next to him. It was Rafael.
"See you know Diggs," Rafael said, chuckling at you.
"Rafa!" You said, instantly hugging Rafa, your face red.
You got into your Maria costume, chilling in your dressing room.
"Knock knock," Rafael said, slowly walking into your room. You blushed hard.
"Hi, Rafa." You said, smirking softly. He slowly walked toward you, you two just cuddled before it was 5 minutes til' showtime.
