BLAH I’M A LOSER SO HERE’S MY CURRENT OU MIXED TEAM.
Know that this set has won me already five battles out of seven - and the ones I lost, I lost them because the other person had ubers.
IV bred in everything but SpAtk - Male
Physical mid-game Sweeper - Jolly (Max Speed + Atk) - Natural Cure - Altarianite
Return - Dragon Claw - Earthquake - Dragon Dance
A rather unique set, being physical rather than specially offensive. He lacks Roost in favor of Dragon Claw, which allows to deal damage to Dragon Types despite his mega-ability Pixilate. Having Dragon Claw is also useful against types like Fighting and Bug.
After setting up, he’s capable of sweeping through legendaries easily, so I bring him in against walls, to take advantage of the possible switch in.
IV bred in Defense and SpAtk (I used what I had)
Mixed tank - Sassy (Max HP and SpDef) - Clear Body - Assault Vest
Meteor Mash - Pursuit - Ice Punch - Zen Headbutt
Metagross is my switch in for most dragon and psychic types, thanks to its nice defenses. He can pack a punch, but I mostly use it to scare away others into withdrawing their pokemon and pursuit them when they do that, getting some chip damage in. Also, thanks to Ice Punch, he can deal good damage to dragon-types if they’re switched in and not afraid / expecting an Earthquake.
IV bred in everything but HP - Male
Physical early game Sweeper - Adamant (Max Speed and Atk) - Super Luck - Life Orb
Pursuit - Sucker Punch - Superpower - Brave Bird
He’s a standard murderkrow Smogon set, with the difference of him having Super Luck as ability and Life Orb to get as many critical hits and at the highest possible power. He’s a rather short-lived pokemon due to the lack of Roost and the Life Orb damage, but he can easily sweep three of the opponent’s pokemon with the right moves, at the point that he’s able to one-shot a Ferrothorn with a crit Superpower.
IV bred in everything but Atk - Female
Special Sweeper - Modest (Max HP and SpAtk) - Adaptability - Life Orb
Thunderbolt - Surf - Dragon Pulse - Sludge Wave
A fantastic pokemon with a varied movepool to go against a lot of possible threats, especially Fairy pokemon. She’s got some nice bulk sos he can take a few hits pretty comfortably. Thanks to the Life Orb, she can deal a lot of damage, but again she’s short lived, so she relies on the support of the walls.
IV bred in everything but SpDef - Male
Late game Wall / Sweeper - Impish (Max Atk and Def) - Leaf Guard - Miracle Seed
Swords Dance - Synthesis - X-Scissor - Leaf Blade
He’s fast, he’s got disgustingly high defense and once he sets up he can one-shot an Alomomola despite its high HP stat. Although this pokemon would be best if used in a Sunnyday / Drought team, he still holds his own and can switch in against physically offensive pokemon without a problem.
Since he’s a hazard to use, and kind of a last resort, I almost always keep him for late game cleanups.
IV bred in everything but SpAtk - Male
Early game hazard setter - Calm (Max HP and SpDef) - Torrent - Leftovers
Scald - Stealth Rock - Toxic - Flash Cannon
Despite being a hazard setter, this pokémon has given me nothing but joy. He can comfortably sit in and take three Dragon Ascents from a Mega-Rayquaza, while setting up rocks and toxicing it.
