Not sure if you’re still around, but I was here when you first started your tennant series - ac is a major coping game for me and with your fic, it’s helped a lot. I always think about it and re read when things get bad, I even have my own dream world entirely based on your series with my own extensions. Thank you, for helping me for all these years. I hope you’re having a happy and fulfilled life, you deserve the world.

I love you, Anon. I think I explained this a long time ago, but this blog was made when I really needed a way to cope with my (at the time) fucking awful relationship. I felt so unwanted and unloved, but part of me knew that I was worthy of such things and I think this blog was a way that I tried to work through those feelings.

I am doing much better now. Work stresses me out a lot, but I am a grown ass woman with a fiance and doggo and living my life. I hope things continue to improve for you because its what you deserve.

Incidentally I’ve also started playing Assassin’s Creed Valhalla! I started streaming it last night and it’s been a lot of fun!

The lobby you were told to wait in was seemingly spotless. It was cool, like the temperature had been set to just below what was comfortable. The colour scheme was full of white, pale greys and faint blues. The flat-screen TV looped announcements and advertisements for the overarching company ‘Abstergo’. As far as you knew, your boss Haytham Kenway was CEO of a particular branch, but you weren’t one hundred percent sure how it worked.

“Coast is Clear. Let’s go!”

She nodded as the man guided her along the busy night’s streets of Manhattan. People were everywhere, which suited them just fine, as they moved swiftly through the crowds, trying to be inconspicuous as possible, putting distance between those after them.

Them and their life.

It had been a simple mission at first. Her and her partner were tasked with taking intel on the many corrupt assassins siding with the Templars. They easily infiltrated security and retrieved their data. It wasn’t until they were on their way out did a certain group of said assassins find them and were now after them. The two were outnumbered and on a time sensitive task.  

Desmond and her took care of the killers closest to them before fleeing. It was a trap, the number of them only increased as they surrounded the building.

In order to gain access to the building she had to pose as a secretary and easily lead Desmond out of the building through a service entrance, where they came to find the streets prowling with their enemies.

This was where they found themselves, weaving thought the streets, narrowly dodging death, using the crowds to their advantage and vanishing out of sight as agents roamed the streets looking for the two that gave them the slip. It wasn’t exactly how she planned her evening, but then again, when do things ever go as expected.
