General info:
Lifesteal has a special plugin, where if you kill someone you gain one of their hearts and if you die, you lose one. Once you ran out of all your hearts, you are banned from the server. Though, revival is possible.
There are currently 7 seasons.
Season 7 just ended, and we have no start date for season 8 yet, but I think if you tune in once it begins, you can begin without an issue.
Lifesteal is best viewed through livestreams, as that extra context that doesn't make it into videos is very neccesary for everything ever. Though a lot of members don't stream but upload on youtube.

I am incredibly biased when I say this, since this is how I started it too, but I know that others would have a similar advice:
Tuning into any PrinceZam lifesteal stream is always a good starting point. You could even start at mid season, and it's always good.
She is the person who streams the most, therefore a lot of major happenings on the server can be found in her POV. Though, as a result of her being the number 1 streamer, and the player with the most playtime every season: she has a lottt of vods, like a lot. But I promise it's worth your time!
Zam is a very story-driven character, with a mountain worth of lore. Haunted by her past forever and ever. (Though, she promised that she will finally let go of it all by s8. We'll see what will happen.)
Yellow
This is her main channel. Since she is so streaming-oriented, she doesn't upload much, and is usually not caught up with the seasons. She is still uploading season 6 videos, even though s7 has ended, yeahhhh.
That doesn't change the fact that they're really good videos, and they're again, good starting points.
I reccomend watching her current season 6 videos and then continuing with season 4.

^ season 4 is The Most Important Season, it is a must watch. If you wanna watch any lifesteal season, it needs to be season 4. That's not even my biased take, you just need it.

Since season 6, she has been multistreaming on both youtube and twitch, therefore only the things she streamed on her alt or didn't multistream make it to this channel now.
She has sooo many vods, like so many. Like a lot. It can seem very intimidating, but it's so worth it to get through them, even if it's a struggle.

Zam streams often and for a good while, she is no stranger to 10 hour streams. It's why vodwatching too can be so daunting, and takes a while.

This is the Lifesteal vods archives, run by @/lifestealarchive, a very dedicated team. A lot of Lifestealers don't have vods channels, or didn't use to. Excluding the few that are forever lost media, you can find majority of the streams here!
There are many guides out there that can help you tackle this. Playlists, or masterlists that chop the seasons into smaller parts or arcs. If you ever need any for any season, there are a lot that I can reccomend you!
Despite my very favoritsm of Zam, there are so many amazing members who have contributed are are contributing to the server.
Zam's content is a handy starting point, from where you can freely branch out and explore others. You don't have to stick to just her streams, or her videos, in fact I very much encourage that slowly but surely you tune into what others are doing.
It is a lot of content to get through, and as I've said it can be really intimidating. You don't have to get through 4 years of seasons, but they're very integral to understanding things on a deeper level.
Certain season, such as the aforementioned season 4, is famous for haunting the narrative forever, and it's why I, as well as others in this fandom, like to reccomend it. It's the first season I watched!
I would also PROBABLY be good it you did see season 7, AKA the season that just happened. Probably. I don't know. Probably
