I've started to play WeTopia. Addicting... Just sorry I don't have more neighbours... ;)

But WeTopia have to be the best game on Facebook ever. A fun game, AND you will make an inpact in reality. Fresh water, shoes, hot meals and so on, and so on. And it doesn't matter if your are a poor student as me, it's free!

I can't see why everybody shouldn't play this game!

Tomorrow I will see my physio. More needles in my arm, pain! I will ask her to help me with a conditioning and stretching plan for the four months in France. Hope she can!

Please, aerial arts help needed!

As I'm moving to France in one and a half month and will not be able to keep up the aerials in looking for stretching routines and physical conditioning without needing the exact apparatus... I have to be fit for fight when I begin my contemporary circus education next fall...

Would be awesomesauce if you guys could share your best/favorite/most effective/most important stretches and conditioning!

A letter in the box.

I got a letter today. An ordinare, old-fashioned paper letter.

Of course, my brain assume the worst and thinks it's from some of the devils from the past. But proved wrong. It was one of the most beautiful letters. About how one of the main reasons to my illness, was special, something precious.

One of a kind, unique, special

And how that had affected her to find the courage to dare.

Me? Little, strange, ugly, mentally disturbed me?

Yes. Brave, special, unique, one of a kind me.

YES YES YES YES!

Just back from my GP and my MRI-analysis...

The ganglion they found seems to be the reason... When I back bend my wrist the pressure increases and... yeah it hurts like hell. 3 mm seems to make a big difference in the small spaces between the bones in the hand...

I'm just so so so so relieved. Now, I'll be refferd to the orthopeadics and, perhaps, surgery to remove the little devil in the hand...

Today's a good day!
