Everyday Is A New Day

Hi! Welcome to my page. I’m a 26-year-old social worker for a continuing care community. Back in 2018 my mother was diagnosed with diabetes and I had my own “pre-diabetic” scare. I am also diagnosed with PCOS and some mental illnesses. I started back in 2018 with eating a diabetic carb intake. I managed to lose around 40+ pounds but have since gained it all back plus more. At one point this blog was played a huge part in keeping me motivated and honest and I’m hoping to find that again. I have a long way to go and know it’s not so linear. Even if I’m the only one reading this I want to be able to look back on my progress. However, I hope you come along for the ride and get something out of this! :)
