This photo is not mine. It’s been circulating for years. I remember the first time I saw it. It was the morning of my sisters high school graduation. I was 19 years old. I saved the photo because I wanted to use it as a goal photo. I thought wow she looks so beautiful and perfect. I never thought of anorexia. Never thought of bulimia. But this photo started it all. I stared at it day after day forcing more workouts and less food. This photo is still my favorite. 7 years later. 7 years of struggling. Of weight loss and weight gain. And I always end up here. Staring at this photo.
