Fitz looked up when he stumbled into the hallway, eyes narrowing before a drunken grin spread on his lips. “Roni..” he said before wrapping his arms around her and picking the smaller girl up. “Yeah.” he mumbled, nuzzling his nose against her shoulder. “Shit, your girl smells so fuckin’ great, man.” he smirked, glancing up at Owen. “She’s not my girl.” Owen said, leaning against the wall.

Veronica simply rolled her eyes, knowing the lengths that Owen would go to in order to protect Fitz like he was his own flesh and blood. She had been around long enough to see what the two were like together, and she knew that Owen was just all talk when it came to this subject. He was too sweet for his own good, wanting to take care of everyone and he would never leave Fitz on his own. A smile came to her lips as she saw that Fitz was relatively okay, giggling a bit as he picked her up, and the intoxicating scent of him--- liquor and troulbe--- was something that always pulled her in. She ignored his comment, shaking her head as she was set back down on her feet. “We’re getting you out of here, bucko. Can’t have you causing more havoc around here, yeah?”
