What is wrong with real emotions in music? Why are we so afraid of them? Why must we dress them up in pretentious guises and shapes and forms? I don't know perhaps I am a child. I have never liked how I look, nor my speaking voice, or the things I say I am most certainly an idiot when I speak, but when I make music I can express myself and when I create a live spectacle I can be free and I am in love with life. It's amazing how being bullied plays out into your life, but I hope I've had something to say that's been positive for other people. Most of all I want to say thank you for all the love you've shown me. It's difficult to hold on to that love, to hold on to you all, when you creatively change as an artist and have new things to say. But I love you for the time you've liked me or will like me. Jamie Irrepressible

1) Jamie aged 19 wrote Needing Release (from Nude : Landscapes EP), In Your Eyes from Mirror Mirror, Changing Times from Nude : Viscera EP, and Forbidden from Nude : Forbidden EP. The recording of Needing Release on Nude : Landscapes is actually from this time, it is Jamie singing and playing aged 19

2) Jamie aged 20 this was two of the images from the original solo album titled Nuclear Skies which of course Nuclear Skies comes from featured on Mirror Mirror. In Your Eyes was also on this solo album as well as So from Nude : Viscera, Forbidden from Nude : Forbidden EP, and many other tracks.

3) Jamie aged 21 at the time that the original Nude album was created featuring tracks Not Mine, Raise My Soul from Nude : Viscera. Pale Sweet Healing and New World from Nude.

7) Here is Jamie's childhood piano that he wrote mainly instrumental music on from the age of 11 before he took up guitar. And this time he would also write music for the school orchestra. But also a piece that makes up allot of the parts of Pale Sweet Healing and Nuclear Skies.

We are incredibly proud to announce that The Irrepressibles will be performing for the first gay couple in England & Wales to get married at mid-night on the 29th at Camden Town Hall. Jamie Irrepressible will be performing his song Two Men in Love accompanied by Apollo on violin and Chloe Treacher on cello, loop & octave pedal.
