The costume department for bet and forgive used mars’ own designs for his costume, he figured it saved them some time
likes their role bc they can basically be themselves, sympathises w those who don’t fit their roles
doesnt aim to win bet and forgive, but is curious to see how long they last
sees bet and forgive as a win-win situation. they either win a full pardon and get to continue to work towards being a successful and famous artist, or die on tv with people to watch and mourn them. To him it’s better than rotting alone in prison with no one to see or care about him, he just wants people to care
