“fdalkfaslfksajf....”
Nova currently watching Vil get shoved by the giant hell bird twice.
In all honesty, Ross was just an ass, so he had no real reason for what he did. The question asked was unusual and he narrowed his eyes in a glare. Apparently no one’s allowed to confuse him.
“Man you are weak! I trip you and you look like you could just die! I wonder how anyone could deal with you around.”
Little did he know that there were quite a few people who have already befriended her.
That was all it took, just the one simple word of ‘weak’ had her head lower, already beginning to cry.
Where was Vil...? Or any of the other crew for that matter. Side note taken to never leave the ship out on her own again.
row-away-renegades
The young doctor laughed, making a cruel joke out of her fall, but when she croaked, his laugh was even louder.
“What are you a frog now?!”
He’s like a bully on a school playground, making fun of the most timid person in class. Except this was a stranger, and he was just plain rude.
Honestly, the youngen never felt so confused, yet panicked at the same time. Not in a long time, at least. Who was this guy, and why had he tripped her?
The mocking tone really hit the nail, having her stare up in horror, eyes widening and already feeling tears stinging at her eyes.
Was he one of them? Were they here to get her, and take her back there?
“.....w-w-w-w-what d-d-do you w-w-want....?”
{Row away renegades: Ross(doctor, i still aint put him in yet xP} May or may not have put his foot out to trip the other. (you pick whoever)
And there little Nova goes, tripping over the foot and landing face first into the ground.
“…-croaks-…??”
Vildarks tilted his head at her, a confused but pained expression on his facial features.
[∨] ❝ No, no, I don’t want to waste your time with an injury that could be healed with the help of a band-aid. ❞ He should really quit with his sarcastic responses, but Darcy’s lifeless tones irked him somewhat.
Straight face, she gives him a barely blinking response.
“You can’t heal that with a simple bandaid.”
[∨] ❝ I don’t truly believe your words, since the tone you’re using suggests that I’m fine. ❞ The injured man retorted, wincing at the mention of Lao.
❝ Woman, Lao will cut my arm off if she sees this scratch. ❞
“You should.” again, tone is no different than it was before, dark orbs glancing away a moment. “Or else I wouldn't have said anything about it in the first place.”
If she could frown anymore than her natural expression could, she would.
“Then I’ll treat it.”
allseeing-marksman
[∨] ❝ And here I was thinking you wouldn’t have noticed this little scratch of mine. ❞
The joke was said dryly and without much humour. That slash he had received from that one other pirate had started to drive him nuts; the pain throbbing by his arm wasn’t ebbing.
His sleeve had seen better days, the cloth was cut to ribbons and revealed the bloodied flesh underneath. Oh woe.
Raven haired is seemingly unimpressed with given response, though she was worried. They were nakama after all... she couldn't always be so indifferent towards everyone.
“If you don’t get that treated now, it could get infected.” said in monotonic tone, face appears expressionless. As much as she tried to express that she cared, even in the smallest, that seemed impossible. “Even the littlest of scratches are dangerous. I suggest seeing Lao now.”
The laugh came unexpected, though he took in the nice surprise smoothly. Has he ever heard her laugh before, or was this the first time? The back of his neck tingled. It felt like he’d already heard her laughter, perhaps it was long ago.
The swordswoman needed to laugh more often–it’ll do wonders for her.
It was sudden, with the strange sound emitting from her throat. It felt rather foreign, yet so good at the same time, and he had heard her. Rather or not the marksman had heard this laughter before, it felt like it’d been years since she’d done so.
It took a few moments before all ceased, hand brushing over her mouth and cheeks would flush in embarrassment at the unexpected outburst.
[∨] ❝ Ah, I’m not so sure if they’re going to be similar to Lao I hope not, we already have a Lao but I’m positive that they’ll be somewhat…nice? ❞
[♫] “I r-r-really hope s-so... Lao is a good d-doctor.”
[∨] ❝ Expect someone unique, Nova. ❞
[♫] “U-unique... as in good? D-d-d-do you think they’re like Lao?”
[∨] ❝ Is it conflicting? ❞
The question sped out of his mouth before he could think about it, or at least make it more explicit. Oddly enough he didn’t regret asking her this, perhaps he already knew an answer.
“Yes. A little bit.”
And with that, a sigh follows before gaze would set to the side as though she’d run out of words to say.
While I’m in the process of making this new doctor, I shall let you all know All Seeing is open for spots, such as a thief. We have yet to have one of those.
[♫] “A n-n-new doctor...?”
soooo, All Seeing may get a new, and proper doctor soon.
-Captain Satan
Maryline didn’t notice any delayed reactions or staring or whatever he did, while she was walking; especially since she was turned the other way, therefore couldn’t see behind her.
“You keep saying that.” She took a breath and then came up with a resolution to his so-called problem. “If it bothers you so much that we don’t know each other well, then let’s get to know each other!”
A silence would stretch between them until he started to speak once more. Saying his apologies for the earlier insult. “I understand, it’s alright..” Pause.“Well, if you hated me, and I were to like you, it would be weird. So obviously I’d have to hate you.” The reply came easily, before she looked in the direction of the man who Rhino called ‘Rin’.
Could this possibly be the navigator they were searching for? Either way, Maryline kept quiet seeing as she probably shouldn’t interfere.
She was strange and weird, and he’d say that again, but right now his thoughts were focused on the navigator, who only then offered a small wave, swirly gaze then set on Maryline.
“Oh uh.. this is Rin. The navigator I was talkin’ about. He can help you get to the town.” giving the introduction, a small grin then appears on the navigators lips.
“He’s not much for words, so if his silence bothers ya, sorry about that.”
Stop. Freeze. She looked at him for a moment, thinking of what he just said. “Ha…” Mary fake laughed. “Let Aslan hear you say that, he’d be thinking of an insult right now.”
Lifting one foot after another, she got up and walked again.
“I hope you don’t hate me because I’m weird by the way, then I’d be forced to hate you. Im trying to live my life with the least enemies possible.”
Remaining on the ground a moment, even after she stood, Rhino only stares at the girl a while. He’d seemed to be in a thought of his own, before shaking it off and forcing himself to stand as well.
“We barely know each other...” he mumbles, before sighing again. Honestly, Rhino never judged much, living amoungst a group of strange ones even then. His captain ofcourse being one of them.
“I only stated you were weird... sorry if that offends you. Or if i was too honest... sorta just how I am I guess.” he follows behind, staring at her feet. “Anyways, why force yourself...?”
Before much of anything else could be said, Rhinos gaze looks up as he notices a rather familiar walking towards them.
“Rin?”
Crazy, swirly glasses and all, stood the navigator in which Rhino had been searching for.
