V1 OCTONAUTS REDESIGNS!!!!!!!!! i am not joking this took me an entire day for how rusty it looks because i couldn't decide on a lineart style. but for now this mostly serves as a guide for myself

i love them with all my heart and added some insults jotted statements or headcanons on how i view each character

anyway I'll work on their clothes, especially for shel, kwazii, peso, and dashi for as long as my interest runs

I’m too old to be watching Octonauts, but I do not care because you can never be too old for anything and this show was kinda fire.

I was watching it with a friend last summer, and Season 2, Episode 10a “Manatees” was hilariously insane and I just had to make a little comic about it. (Plus this fandom is tiny and dead)

The original inspiration came from the grilled cheese joke that The Jon made in the movie, but honestly, I think it would have been distracting. Although this one certainly lacks the whimsy of its predecessor, I hope you'll see that the anatomy, posing, and rendering technique has seen some definite improvement.

This took way too long for me to finally churn out, but I am so glad I did. I haven't completed a work like this in years, and it's nice to prove to myself that I still can.
